This was a neat truck stop.but if you arent company or customer you get told by tA that your not welcome here. Cant even spend a night there.my wife and i were told today if we arent there to do business. Then you have to leave. That meens no car pooling no long time over night parking.and where we were parked.theres no one to void off tho drivers.they kicked off today 3 elderly women in thier own vehicles and told them they have to go. Now this guy didnt go to the yoynger crowd but he had his way with those elderly ladies.whats up with that.?

I've been here twice for smog checks. The person on the phone was professional, pleasant, and got me in right away. I was there only about 15 minutes and they were finished! What impressed me the most, though, was listening to the clientele they have. Both men who were either dropping off or picking up a car at this auto shop were VERY knowledgeable about cars, and they were bringing their car here to be fixed! Says a lot about the expertise of the people who work on cars there. I'll be back, for sure, with another car to see if they can determine the cause of a problem a private mechanic and the GMC dealership haven't been able to figure out. Great customer service, great expertise.

this guy (Rocco Acerrio ) will screw you badly...never return your calls, hide from you if you show up. and take your money and never fix your stuff. he will lie to you. you will never see your parts again..total poor excuse for a business..I wonder where he is hiding these days? if you do get something from him..it will be wrong, bent, or used parts internally..the new parts you were told you got are in his vehicles...

Good service record

Incredible service and an outstanding value. My wife's car broke down and we had it towed to there shop after hours. Tod came down at 8 o'clock at night so we didn't have to leave our car on the street over night. Then they got the car up and running for way less then we had thought!!!! Thank you very much Redding Transmission!!!!
