Automotive Repair

We are not happy with the service from the Genrep team to repair our Generator. Firstly i was impressed with the first response to check our generator and show up and make a first inspection. But from there on it was very unprofessional and no follow up how to repair the unit for 2 weeks. The first time they get back to me was when i told i still own them $181.10 for the first visit. On my question what is the next step to repair the unit i was told the head mechanic is studying my case. Long story short i was sending my generator to Pratt Diesel in Carp and i am very happy how he was fixing my problem thank you

I couldn't ask for better. Only place in Ottawa that had the auger belt I was looking for in stock, and at a great price. Staff are really friendly and ready to help with anything. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Mike is a wonderful me Janice with great deal of knowledge about automobiles.

Go here at your own risk. Great at talking about themselves, very poor at quality diagnostic work. They sure are happy to take your money though. Normal behavior for the end days.

Great customer service, always friendly yet professional. They always double check their work and do tell you if you require more work and why it would be important to do so however, you aren't pressured into it if you aren't comfortable with it or cannot afford it at that time--they then usually prioritize what the most important issue to resolve is to fix, for your safety. Went in, and got a thorough inspection done, new tires that were of actual good quality (firestone) and fixed my alignement issue as best as my old car could get. I got useful advice afterwards in regards to how to keep the longevity of my tires (my car wears them fast due to an alignment issue) and they even fixed the unnecessary squeaking from my doors without me asking. Will gladly return for any auto services needed from home, an hour away. Very much so worth my while in my opinion.

Very fair, very honest and great work.

Awesome place awesome staff. They treat you like family !! Thanks

Tipical small village garage friendly staff.

Brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. Chris took lots of time and care. He was incredibly thorough, informative, and patient. He took the time to show me all of the defects, and provided sound advice. I would gladly bring any vehicle here for service, transmission or otherwise.

Bought and had my snow tires installed on my truck. Very satisfied with the service! Travelled from Collingwood just to deal with Orangeville Auto Care.

Because they do a good job and if there is ever any problem I know they will make it right. You need a place you can trust.

This guy is an as***le. Stay away because he won't do the work unless pay him first sitting at home before he even comes out. Stay away

Been my mechanic for over 10 years. Honest and fast. Not to mention the staff is A++

Bring your vehicle at your own risk to your vehicle and pocket book. They will often over charge the customer for their own mistakes. Horrible mechanics and worse management. This company has no integrity. Buyer beware.

Excellent Team Stuff. Excellent service.

Always great service and friendly people. I send all my friends and family here.

Good honest work done at reasonable prices.
