This is the place to go for a quick and cute look. Don't expect to spend all day here...in and out....Well it does depend on who you see .....

This place is TERRIBLE. The customer service is horrible my friend fell asleep in the chair and the lady assaulted her in the face to wake her up. The braids are not neat and they kept stopping to eat food , talk on the phone, and gossip with each other instead of braiding her hair from start to finish

Although the new owners are very pleasant they are not skilled in styling. The rollers did not set and my scalp is dry even though I received a deep conditioning treatment (which resulted in an extra $5 on the service).

Just relocated to Charlotte and found my S4L! (Stylist for life) Claudia not only did an AMAZING job on my hair but educated me on product to use AND had me in an out which is very important to me. She values her reputatation and her clients. Win, win!!!

This store needs serious help. Completely understaffed and the limited staff that was there was unhelpful and untrained. When I asked the only employee I found on the floor for assistance, she said, "Sorry I'm going to lunch." After waiting for 10-15 minutes I finally got another young lady's help to see if they had my item in stock. She informed me they didn't, but they could do "store to door" for the item, which meant I could order at the register and have it delivered. I got in the line that was so long it went back two isles because there was only one register open. After waiting in line for at least 20 min. I was informed by the woman at the register that she couldn't do a store to door, that someone on the floor would have to do it for me. Needless to say, I spent a good 45 min in the store and left without my item. Super frustrating.

The stylist are extremely professional and natural hair is the focus.

I recently transitioned from relaxed to natural hair. I wanted someone to do the 'big chop" that would take my feeling and hair care into consideration. After speaking with Maribeth, I was convinced that she would be that person to cut my hair. Maribeth cut my hair and gave me a wonderful blow out. She's always there to give me any hair care treatment.I really enjoyed her style and treatment of my hair.

Jessica was very quick and listened to what I wanted. Will definitely go back. Service was very quick too.

Not sure how this place is still in business. Not even sure how they can say they specialize in " Dominican Blowout". Being originally from Bronx, NY I know what a true "Dominican Blowout" is. I was hoping to find a salon close by, so I decided to give them a try. After being very disappointed and -$55.00 later, I will not be returning. They are clueless when it comes to ethnic hair. For almost half the price I will go to Soby's salon or Naty's Salon. At least those ladies are true Dominicans and know how to care for the hair. I just wanted to try this place out because it is literally just around the corner, but no can do 👎
