Went there on 7/30 around 4pm, the blonde heavy set old lady had the nastiest attitude, we decided to go elsewhere.

I recently moved from Philadelphia to Raleigh a few weeks ago. I was in desperate need of a haircut and I had about 5 months of roots. I was terrified to try a new stylist, because I have had plenty of negative experiences before. My hair is one of the features of myself that I take pride in. I have very thick, long, naturally healthy dirty blonde hair. I decided to give NZL Salon a shot after looking over her website and the reviews listed on Groupon. I was still super nervous, because I usually only trust my hairdresser in Pennsylvania. Neelo was everything I could have wished for in a hairdresser. She has a very clean and organized space with a collection of her own make up line greeting you as you walk in. She has serious talent. She knew things about my hair that I had no idea. I asked for a trim with long layers, and a long side bang that can still be placed behind my ear with natural highlights...and I got the best haircut and highlight I have ever had. Neelo is not only extremely talented she is also very efficient. Usually I am at the salon for 4 hours, because my hair is very very long. I was only there for 2. I had excellent service, and am excited to have found a new hairdresser I can trust. I can't wait to try her make up and skin care line.

Staff is super friendly. They make you feel relaxed, take your coat and give you your preferred beverage. They are not called Lux salon for no reason. You will feel and look like royalty when you leave.

I went to IStyle Salon today and I loved Adam! The salon is beautiful, contemporary and he plays the best most relaxing music. When I left his salon everybody was complimenting my hair. He was so sweet and accommodating to me. I will now be coming to IStyle Salon forever! #supportsmallbusiness

Unworthy fir express keratin treatment

Alysia is the best stylist in the area! She is a master at what she does, her color skills are some of the best I've ever seen. Her cuts are stylish and she always knows whats in, whats not and where you should go with your style.

Nelly is simply amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about her. Me and my daughter have found the perfect person to entrust our hair. She genuinely cares about her clients hair health. I without reserve confidentiality give her 5 stars.

Great job done on my hair

I was so wary of coming to a place like this as they can often be known as chop shops or hack jobs. I had a coupon and definitely needed a cut. I had no reservation (though they have them online and you can check in online, too) and I still got into a chair within 15 minutes. They were very busy, busier than they expected, but they were friendly and managed it well. Amanda did my hair. She knew what she was doing for my type of hair and it turned out great! I'm pleasantly pleased, especially with getting pictures done the next day. Will come again!

I loved this salon! It was my first time there, though, so I've only seen one stylist (Candice.) She did an excellent job! My cut was super spur of the moment, I waited only thirty seconds, and she cut my hair really fast! It usually takes stylists about fort five minutes, but she got it done in record time. Definitely recommend!
