Clean salon. Very friendly and professional.

Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a “professional”. Evelyn, the nail technician , made me book a week in advance then cancelled on me the day of my appointment, 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled time when I had to contact HER cause nobody was in the shop. She then proceeded to reschedule and cancel on me 4 additional times until eventually I just got fed up and said forget it. To add insult to injury, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and never once apologized for HER terrible business practices. I never post reviews about anyone, but seriously....her work is great but never again will I try and invest my money into someone who simply just doesn’t care how they treat potential customers.

Amazingly sweet. Went above and beyond. Treated my kids and nephew with respect, patience, and and the most genuine form of kindness! I am NEVER going to another salon for my kids again! This is the place to go. I HIGHLY recommend!

Amanda is an amazing stylist! I've been going to her for the past year and half, and I won't go any where else. My daughters love going there as well.

Was quoted the wrong price for a girls day of pampering. Had an appointment for 2pm for the 2 little girls and they started one at 230 and the other at 3pm. It was their birthday and they wanted to celebrate together. Because they were running behind it was done completely separate, even though the appointments were made together. Then when we checking out the credit card machine was down and they made us leave and get cash and held a drivers license as collateral. Terrible service and the nail painting was rushed because she had another client waiting.

Great experience and atmosphere. Hairdresser did exactly what I needed, and at a fair price. 10/10

Hair Profiles is a great hair salon with 10 excellent stylists. Everyone one of them has been extensively trained and are great with cuts, color, perms, straightening and styling! They are full of enthusiasm for their jobs and you are always greeted with a smile! Great prices too!
