I was referred here by a friend and was pleasantly surprised. They offer you a drink while you are waiting and getting your hair worked on. The receptionist was very friendly and Annie was extremely skilled with my hair. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a great hair cut.

I was in the mall and needed a haircut bad. I'm not really a salon kind of guy but my hair was a mess. Danielle was my barber (stylist?) and she did a fantastic job! I figured a salon couldn't do men's hair but she did wonderful! Will return when it gets long again!

Amazing place!! I took my 9 yr old to this salon. She had a lot of damage hair and almost impossible to comb. Isabel did an amazing job!! Very nice and professional staff. I am very happy with the results.

I Honestly don't recommend this place i onoy got a hair cut and i cried when i got home thats how bad it was!

Went in for a simple wash and cut, after getting the wash the hairstylist told me I had week-old nits and refused to cut my hair. Anyone who knows anything about lice knows that nits only occure with active lice and hatch within a few days. Week old nits do not exist. I tried to explain to her that I have a particular form of dermatitis that causes thick flakes to stick to the hair strands as they grow. She told me I was wrong and she that "knew what she was looking at", even though she'd barely looked. I went to an urgent care to get a second opinion, and they simply confirmed my dermatitis. What should have been a 10 minute affair turned into a whole evening ordeal. Will probably not be back.

Cynergy Color Bar really has that wow effect when you walk in! I was really impressed with Cyndy and her staff. Their product line is organic, clients were happy, and the furniture is beautifully hand made. Their salon is very unique and a must see if you live in the Raleigh/Wake Forest Area.

Love this place!!! Everyone is so personable and very attentive. Highly recommend Salon Serenity- only about an hour and ten minutes from school at High Point Univeristy and being here made the drive seem worth it! Will most definitely be making a trip back soon😇

I have been using Dina for years. Talk about a bad hair day? Mine was awful. She whipped me into shape and I have loved my hair for years now.

I have been going to Kim for 6 years and would not consider going to anyone else. She has the rare talent mix of both great stylist and colorist, and most importantly, continues to learn more about the new techniques, tools and products of her craft so she can advise me on what will work for me. I trust her judgment when it comes to color and cut. I had "fought" with my hair for years before finding Kim, trying to find a style and process that would work for me, and Kim made that happen. I highly recommend her.

If I were able to give half a star I would. I suppose they just hire anybody to cut hair.
