Inexperienced and incompetent staff. Low stock on shelves. Unaware of the latest sales emails that Ulta sends out. The sales price did not ring up at the register and I was told to wait for manager to come to fix price in the system but that it was going to be a minute because she was signing for a delivery in back. So I stood there waiting........and waiting......really?! Walked out... there are 2 other Ultas easily accessible in the area, will skip this one from now on.

Great service though you may have to wait on the weekends. Hairstylist are friendly and knowledgeable!

This place is new and some of the stylists are beginners. Last time I had a very talented stylist and I was very happy with the results. Yesterday I got a stylist who was all bling and she did a very poor job. I had to go home and use my own clippers to fix the mess. I am not sure if I am going back to this place again.

Devon does a fantastic job. Cut for me and balyage for my teen. We are both very happy. His attention to detail and honest input are spot on.

Suzy has been cutting my hair for over ten years and my husband's hair for at least five. She is a talented stylist and always does an amazing job.

Great Salon, Awesome Servive

Took my 8 year old in for a haircut and the "stylist" Khanh was very rude. He didn't cut my son's hair at all like I asked for and seemed as if he did not want to cut it at all. Very unhappy with this visit.

I was in Supercuts today with my son and daughter for haircuts. Bonnie cut my sons hair and my daughter was with Brandy. I am so pleased with both cuts my sons hair can be very tricky because of his “cowlicks” Bonnie did a GREAT job and he loves it believe me he is picky! My daughters hair is very long and thick she’s a lucky girl, but we have had issues in the past with her hair being very uneven after being cut because of the thickness. Brandy took the time to explain this to us and my daughters hair looks awesome! Both Bonnie and Brandy took time showing me the best products for both of my kids hair instead of me buying expensive products we really don’t need. I brought hair care products from Supercuts that will actually work for my family! Thank you both we will see you soon!

Michelle does an amazing job on my hair and is a true teacher of hair care. Today i Tuanna did my daughters hair and it is beautiful. Give them a try. I promise you will not regret it!

Quality hair care at great prices❤️❤️❤️Best beauticians in Raleigh ! Awesome and laid back environment. Fast, but quality service! Haven’t found this type of excellent hair care since I left New York in 2001. The blowout I received was bone straight!
