Review: So I came today to get some box braids, without a doubt my hair looks amazing.. but the workers desperately needs to work on their customer service, the older Jamaican lady in particular.. she literally complained the entire time I was there from 9:45 to 5:20 pm(yes I stayed that long) she complained about other workers, how I had to much grease in my hair (which I’ve never had any other person complain about) she complained about how the owner lack communication.. she made me uncomfortable i the point I asked several times if she doesn’t want to do my hair I would gladly go somewhere else. I’ve been coming to Nara’s for a few years now, and I’ve never dealt with customer service such as this, and I can honestly say it will most likely be a good little while before I come back for a visit.. Nara Raleigh please teach your workers better customer service, this will go a long way...

Tia is a GREAT stylist. HOWEVER I will never go back to her salon because she is NEVER on time for an appointment. I've been to her on three different occasions; she was late every time. Not just 5 min... 30 mins to an hour late. It's a shame because I love how she does my hair, but I can't pay her professional prices if she doesn't act professionally.

I came to this salon once and the customer service was good went well Carmen did my hair and it came out beautiful. I recommended this salon to my sister and she went to get her hair done but it didn't come out how she wanted. I told that my experience was good and to just give them another try. She went back last week and Angie did her hair and it came out horrible. She informed Angie that she wasn't satisfied with her hair but she did not want to fix it. She went back later that day because she still was not satisfied. After going back and forth with Angie and the manager another young lady finally fixed her hair and it came out great. This place has horrible customer service and my sister and I will be finding a new place to get our hair done and we will be spreading the word about their bad customer service. I feel that if you pay for a service, you should get what you pay for. NEVER AGAIN!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS

Heather Morse has been doing my hair and my moms hair for a long time .She is so good with color and haircuts.If you want highlights she is the best around at the best price .I promise ,you will love your hair if you give her a chance :)

These ladies have been styling hair for over 10 years. They are very professional & really know hair; all types of hair. For any special occasion that I have to attend I go to them & I always turn out looking flawless. The names saying is all but let their work do the talking. I usually go to Bell but they are all wonderful.

Not going there again. I had about 5 inches of hair told them 1 inch off and now I have about 1 inch of hair.

This is the place to be if you want healthy national hair. Kim and her staff will make it happen!
