I have been going to J Romer Salon for the last 4 years. Michelle cuts my thick, unruly asian hair to perfection. Most of the the other salons I went to in the past, does not have the understanding of the difference of the hair.
Michelle is the best. The salon is clean, organized and comfy. A must try!

I just moved out to ohio from new york and found Jemys salon and my experience there was Wonderful! Usually im a nervous wreak going to hair salons,there really not my thing. But Jemy made me feel comfortable and i was okay with letting her touch my head with a pair of scissors. She speacilizes in so much,shes wonderful! I will be going back!

I came in not knowing what I wanted done so I sat and looked at a few haircuts in some of the styling books. The women who had cut my hair only gave me about two minutes or less to look at the books in the first place. I didn't feel there was enough cut off and she was reluctant to cut anymore off despite me telling her I wanted more off. After the haircut she didn't even bother to blow dry or style my hair, just left it wet and not combed. Very poor customer service and I've never liked the way they just want to rush you out.

I have never made a review no matter how rude the service was but the worker here actually got on my last nerves. I visited around a month or less ago, the hair stylist that did my hair was a larger lady and she also had a huge nasty attitude. I simply asked for what I wanted and didn't do anything near rude to her. Honestly if I could, I wouldn't have paid at all. Maybe if she wasn't so rude and didn't have much of an attitude, this place would get more customers :-).

Had a hair appointment Thursday with Julia for a dye. Came out with one of the best hair colors I have had yet and I'm still getting compliments on it!
