Total waste of money because braids fell out of my daughter's hair each time I had them done here (twice). Also it's god-forsaken hot in this place with a few fans blowing hot air on the clients and braiders. As for anyone sitting outside of the fans blowing, you're outta luck. Like someone else mentioned, they don't offer breaks for bathroom or lunch and they ended up taking a long time to finish up on our second visit. I don't recommend this place at all.

This is a great place. My regular hairdresser moved here and I just got back from another terrific haircut. The location is convenient. The hair-washing stations are these European things that are SO comfortable. If you're looking for a great man's haircut, ask for Cynthia.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in here to see if I could schedule an appointment or do a walk in. I stood at the desk for 10 minutes while the receptionist stood in the hallway talking to her friends. She even made eye contact with me a couple of times but never said a word to me and continued with her conversations. Even the stylists acknowledged I was there but didn't ask if I needed assistance. I will never return here because of how rude and unprofessional the receptionist was.
