Gary has cut my hair for years! I never have to tell him what to do, and I’ve never disliked his work. He also cuts my sons hair as well as my brothers. He’s amazing! I cannot day enough good things about him!

Good place to have a haircut

I am not one to complain about anything. But today i had it. This is my 2nd time going in for a haircut. 1st time was like possibly about a year ago, all cause a lady charged me 18.50 for 2 inches she took off. I asked for all layer and thinned out, i have thick thick hair. She didnt. Okay. Today i asked samed thing, i saw that same lady there and didnt want to go in cause if her. But i assume if shes still there, she must be better. No, i git charged for an inch taken off...A FREAKING INCH. I have gone there for years, and this ladt time just runined it for me. I am so tempted to go back in when the manager is in but i hate being that bitchy guest. But i might cause this "haircut" was total bs. This honestly doesnt deserve not even one star. I am very very dissapointed.

A 200% POSITIVE experience. I travel 37 miles 1way from work, (passing a bunch of other salons), because there isn't another Stacy anywhere else. ☺️

Sweet, kind lady was great with matching me with a foundation! I'm so incredibly pale, but she was patient and understanding and found a shade that went well with my skin tone. I wish I remembered her name, she was a Lancome representative. She not only put foundation on me, but did some extra touches with blush, bronzer and highligter so I would look nice walking out of the store instead of just foundation. They were in the middle of a rush, but her taking the time to help me was much appreciated!

I love Melissa, she has been my go to person for years and years. Everyone is very friendly and amazing.

I got my hair done and I like it! Staff was friendly and attentive.

I went to the salon in the afternoon and my stylist was Felicia. I told her how my hair should of been done and she slopped it up. My 7 year old can do a better job than she did. She made my hair uneven and above the shoulders in the back and didn’t even cut the front sides which was past the shoulders. Then she curled my hair for free to cover it up so I wouldn’t be able to see it. I had to go pay another stylist at a different location to get my hair fixed. 3 stylist at that location said it was a simple cut and couldn’t believe how bad of a job she did. I didn’t receive a receipt from smartstyle and they won’t refund me my money and now I have to chalk it up as a loss.

I love my stylist. She should be at a higher end shop but, lucky me, I'm only paying $15 for her natural born talent.

I've had better experiences so far going to the academy than to a normal Kenneth's salon. Time will tell on if I find someone that I like enough to switch to the actual salon.
