Terrible service. Booked my appointment via email, was told there was an opening. And replied yes. Showed up to the appointment only to find out they booked over me. Nothing done. . No one called or alerted me that appointment was could not happen. Had my birthday dinner, had to be late for because of it. Complete disrespect of time. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been to salon prior and it was sub par hair service, that’s what you get for the price. But after this I will not be going back.

I thoroughly enjoy my experience at Shear Impressions. I have been a client for years and love the people, the environment, and most of all, the way I look when I leave! I followed my stylist from another salon and they renovated soon after. It is small, which I prefer because I know everyone and am able to relax when I go in. They have the gel polish, amazing facials, and not to mention the hair stylists are brilliant at understanding what I mean when I explain what I'm looking for. This is definitely one of the best kept secrets in the beauty biz in Columbus!

I had my hair dyed there and the lady that did my hair did not get my roots to match the rest of my hair, the roots were lighter... she then cut my hair shorter on one side. she also did not thin my hair like I wanted, she said it wasn't thick... but it is.. its also not a nice place, its old and looks dirty.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.......

If you live in the Columbus area and have curly hair, you NEED to go see Mandi - period! I’ve been going to her for the past 5 years and I will never go to anyone else. She always makes my hair look its best (even through post partum hair loss & regrowth) and has THE BEST products I’ve ever used. I had always hated my hair, but Mandi changed that and now I can honestly say I LOVE my hair!
