Ross has been doing my hair for 4 years now. He is AMAZING. I moved to Detroit about 2 years ago and I still come see him when I'm in town! This is hands down the cutest and best salon in Columbus!

I've been visiting Rafiel's for about a year now and have always gone to see Jenn. I've never had a problem fitting into her schedule and she does a great job on guys' hair. I don't color or any of the nature (even though Jenn can do all that fancy stuff), so it is a forty-five minute appointment at the max. Atmosphere is nice and light and I haven't seen an upset person in all the time I've been there. Very nice and professionally run Rafiel, thank ya.

Setting up the appointment and getting there was super easy. We also loved the smaller and warm, cozy salt room. We were provided with salt samples and a promotional gift card to come back and visit. I would come back in a heart beat!

Great work here and Angela is super friendly in a very pleasantly designed Salon, and in the atmosphere of the lovely town of Groveport.

Walked in to get a haircut before work. As I'm waiting in line (2nd) a child walks in and runs to the desk and the women working ( Janet, Candy, and Chelsea) proceed to let him sign in before me. He puts down 3 names so now I'm 6th in line with the one already on the wait list. I ask the women to correct it and they say they can't because he signed into the system first. He didn't sign into anything he simply is a rude child that the workers indulged. Worst business practice ever. Never giving my business to a 2nd rate establishment like this again.

I asked for my bangs cut to a certain length and she cut them about 2 inches shorter. Now they lay in the middle of my forehead. The hairdresser Sue said it was my fault also that they were too short because I told her to cut them. Don’t go there!!!

Went to Powell ohio location for a haircut. Theresa the stylist was very rude and short from the beginning. Asked if I wanted VIP and said yes. Then she asked how I want my hair to be cut. I explained there should be a printout on description based on my previous visits. She repeated the request and I stated to tapped and not take it too high. She says smartly that u can't tapped since its a 0 with clipper. I saif fine whatever so as its not squared. She started with clippers and took the cut way too high. I stated it was too high and she didn't respond. She continued the cut and tried to blend the hair. She won't speak a word and just pull my head up and start cutting my top from my back. Keep in mind the hair would fall on my face so I looked down a lil bit bit she pull my head back again without a word. She also scrapped my head with short clippers extremely harder then any barber I ever had. Then ask if everything looks good. I explained I need to see first. I took a look and ask her what she thought about a spot that wasn't blended right. She asked smartly that I'm shampooing correct? From this moment I'm irate and responded I didn't have to. She says thats fine. That's when I decided I didnt want the VIP anymore. She sense I was upset and started to ask questions in a monotone manner. Asked if theres any product and services I wanted. I declined. No greetings while I sat nor leaving. She seems like she hated her job and took it out on me. This is the last time I will ever busy this location. Theresa should look for another job if she hates it that much.

Checked in online and still had to wait 25 minutes before I decided to leave. I understand online check in gives an approximate wating time but I was not expecting to wait 25 minutes and still not get my haircut done. In my opinion the online check in process could be improved. You should give priority for customers that have been waiting for longer. Too many customers arrived after me but were called before me and at least 3 customers left after being told their wait was going to be over 45 minutes for not having checked online. You could have some of the stylists taking care of online check in customers while some other stylists can take care of customers that walk in. I think that will improve the customers experience.

My experience with Linde has been magnificent. She always intends to please the customer. And she provides a great experience along with styling!
