Beauty Salon

Sexy beauticians, with great full service, two qualities that are hard to find.

Manager does a great job on thinning

Really nice folks working here. The lady that cut my hair was engaging and sweet but best of all great haircut!

I brought my kids here for the first time in several months. Normally the employees are very friendly and do a decent job. Today we were greeted by the most depressing employees ever. No greetings, no smiles. I literally felt like I completely inconvenienced them by bringing my business here. I would have given a lower rating if not for my good experiences in the past. They still did a decent job on the cuts though.

Great friendly team of stylists!!

Great haircut and friendly customer service. Thank you Chelsey!

Great personality and friendly. Paula the best.

Go here.....be at braids with a reasonable price.

Salon is clean, appears organized and everyone was welcoming.

I am very fussy about my haircut and Debbie does a really nice job. She listens to what I am looking for and responds with patience and accommodation. Its a cheerful and clean shop. Not that easy to find for the first time, its next to the car wash on Hamilton going north. If you get to Graeter's ice cream, you missed it. Try it.

Here to balance it out 😎

I've had hair cuts, color for at least 20 years. Sandy has always done a great job.

I came to Ulta hoping for some help and guidance. I needed to whole shebang, but I'm newish to make up and needed help not only finding things but choosing the right items! I was greeted when I walked in by someone as they sort of rushed by, and I didn't get a chance to even make eye contact with her. I started to look around, hoping someone would approach me, as I was utterly confused. I am shy and didn't want to interrupt the conversations groups of employees were having. I thought that certainly someone would approach me, but after spending 15 minutes in the store, not a single employee asked me if I needed help or if I was finding everything okay. So I left. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars, and no one at Ulta could be bothered. So I went to Sephora and that's exactly what I did. Sorry, big thumbs down from me.

Today, February 25th, I went it in to get a simple wash and blow dry by a stylist named Jason. He did not even own a dryer attachment for the blow dryer in order to dry my hair. My hair is way too thick to just point a dryer at it and expect good results. I ended up walking out of there with a poofy mess of half wet hair. When I got home and took out the hair tie that he used, it was covered and wrapped in someone else's hair! That is utterly disgusting. I went back to complain and all he could say was, "Sorry, what do you want me to do?". Seriously? I just walked back out because he obviously did not care one bit about the disservice that was done to me.

Don cuts my hair better than anyone ever has before. It holds its shape really well and always looks great. Lots of compliments to me that should be going to him!

This location is good at little boys and men’s cuts. I would not go for a little girl’s or women’s cut... learned my lesson there.

Tim does fantastic nails, and he's a comedian.

Love the store. Love using coupons and points earned off products. Great return policy also.
