Went to get my grandson a haircut. Lady who did not greet us acted very put out and asked if we had signed up on the internet with a very gruff tone as if I am supposed to know you could do that. Thank you for alerting me you have a website so I can warn other innocent people away. The lady needed a class on customer service. A friendly smile and a "Hello, How are You" might have enticed me to stay.

This was the worst hair cuts I have ever gotten. The way the ladies talk to customers nasty, cause they are not happy how there hair was dye, very trash customer services and the ladies that work there. If you are looking for a nice trim and layers DO NOT GO HERE AS YOU WILL WORK OUT VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'm shocked in the manager that runs this place and the ladies that have no care in the world that you are unhappy with your hair cut. I paid for a cut and shampoo, never got the shampoo but was told i still had to pay for it. I will never go back to this place again and make sure my friends and family does not either. This place needs cleaned up.

I LOVE MY HAIR!!! All the girls here are talented but Nikki is my favorite. Her hands are blessed by God and I don't trust anyone else to cut or color my tresses. Love her. Plus, the salon looks amazing. It's so relaxing.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! I left with my hair fried and now I have to get three inches cut off!!! Horrible job and the lady didn't tell me that she was using bleach and left it on for way to long! So if you love your hair, DO NOT go there!!!

Extremely elegant establishment. I had a visit to try smart lipo. The woman who helped me was very pleasant and answered my questions. The procedure itself just wasn't for me in terms of repeated visits but I liked the overall experience.

Prices are high but Mona is an amazing stylist. I will pay the extra just to enjoy her conversation and skilled hands making me a hot biscuit!

I love this place, been getting my hair cut here for years, finally went to the wild side and got a short hair cut, it was professional and amazing, I absolutely love it!
