Because of horrendous past salon experiences, I have always been hesitant about others touching my hair. I went to Orr Salon based solely off of consistently great online and peer reviews! Gretchen gave my curly hair a cut and style, and I left feeling 1000x more confident. Adam even helped me get the lighting right to snap a few pics! I can honestly say that I am excited to come back and maybe even put some color in my hair. Thanks , y'all!

I wish I could rate Ali 10 stars! She’s so educated and knows my hair to a tee! She finds me the best deals and is honest about my hair needs which is why I always go to her and no one else!! I’ve referred many friends to her and no complaints!

I've been a customer for 2 years and never had a complaint, but today I went in to get the same haircut I always do and the lady who cut my hair said I had no notes under my account. So before the haircut I explained how I normally get it cut and showed her a picture even and she completely ignored everything I said and went and did her own thing. She was trying to rush me out of there and tried to give me a quick 5 minute haircut that wasn't blended or even close to what I asked for. I tried to explain again and she seemed to have no clue what she was doing. I ended up just going with the haircut I recieved because I just wanted her to stop cutting my hair and came home and had my room mate go back over it to make it not look as bad. Horrible experince and I'm not sure if I'm ever going to give them my business again.

Let me tell you how awesome this place has been. For starters, the staff is super friendly and the entire store is kept neat and tidy. HOWEVER, the main reason i keep coming back is one of the hair stylists there named Ali! She's super cheerful and makes a real effort to talk to me and ask me how ive been since the last time i came in. Now, im super picky of my hair dressers because of my thin hair but Ali does a fantastic job everytime I go in. She even trims my goatee for me if I ask her! Next time anyone is looking for an nice environment with an incredible stylist, go to this location and ask for Ali!

I am always welcomed when I enter even when they are busy checking out a customer at register(great multitasking)! Also I had a great experience with a lady helping me find the right color of concealer with clinique. They did not have a pureology fresh approach dry conditioner product but enjoyed my experience there anyways. Thank you!

Used to go to SuperCuts all the time but noticed a drop in quality. Tried these guys and have never been back to SuperCuts. Great staff and love there technology that keeps track of the way I like my hair cut.
