I should have read the reviews before choosing this salon for hair color. If you are thinking about coming to this place PLEASE Don’t. Save your hard earned money and go to a place where they will be friendly and kind. I was dissatisfied with my hair color. I ended up having to color over it because it was so brassy. It was definitely overpriced. At the end it looked like if I had bought bleach and I did it my self at home. Why pay someone to color my hair if I can just do it myself. The lady Rachel at this location is so unprofessional she was talking about other customers behind their back. She didn’t greet me kindly. For the price I paid I would have expected for someone to offer me a water bottle at least. I had an appointment at 5 but because the gentleman was working on another client I waited for like about an hour and I think that if I would have had a proper client consultation I could have expressed what I really wanted. At the end the gentleman Eric just did what he wanted and I felt that he was rushed to just finish my hair color.I told him my hair was brassy and he basically forced me into buying some color shampoo. He guaranteed that it would help the brassiness. Yeah the shampoo didn't help at all!!! It was just an overall bad experience. And at the end I fixed my own hair at home. If you want to have peace in your life and avoid DISAPPOINTMENT don't go here!!! No talent or skills

I love this place.

I have gone to the salon and the same stylist for make-up, haircut and color. The color was gorgeous, the make up was fabulous and yhr haircut was one of the best cuts I've had in my 46 years! It's easy to maintain and I get so many compliments. Friendly, professional stylist who I will see again soon. I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs.

Nothing special here. The lady cutting my daughter's hair was more interested in telling me what I wanted than in listening to me explain what was needed. She finally pulled her head out and did a decent job thankfully. I'm not in a hurry to go there again.

Not to happy. Came in on my lunch break which was an hour at noon to only 1 other person in the whole place besides 1 stylist. Wasted my entire lunch there because you only have 1 employee working. Not her fault by any means, but how bout have a second specialist, or hire people that want to be there so average joes on lunch aren't stuck getting screwed. Management, get on this. Or else you'll lose more customers. Insufficient business.

Andrea did my hair for prom and it was great!! :) she did a great job

I made an appointment just 1 day before. We agreed on a time and I came and was told I was late and they gave my slot away. I was 10 min early to my appointment. Clearly they put my time in wrong but then told me to come back a different day. No thanks if you cant make the appointment time right and then not honor it, why would I let you cut my hair. Customer service is lacking here

Mark is awesome at coloring and giving you the best highlights you could ask for. He is great at giving you a makeover and different types of hair cuts

Great Hair Stylist

One of their workers Sydney is horrible! I asked for micro braids and she made them jumbo. She was smoking in front of me which is inappropriate and when I asked for a part refund for the poor job she did in my head so they could be fixed by someone else, she told me she spent the money to go out. So unprofessional never ever again! $80 dollars gone to waste!. I DO NOT recommend her at all.

Good place to cut your hair

Guess you have to give 1 stupid star to get to write a review. If I had my way, I would rate this store a negative 10 stars! All employees, namely Lupe has the worst attitudes and talks crap about all customers as soon as the leave the salon. As well as all Walmart employees & customers as they walk by. I spent $116.00 to get my hair colored and spent $40 on products to keep it from fading. Washed my hair in cold water using thier products. Faded bad in one wash. Went back 3 days later and was told I probably used a cheap shampoo & conditioner. Explained that I used the products they sold me. They redid my hair with a darker color which faded the same way in 4 washes. Called corporate, and they sent me a $50 gift card as said that's all they were willing to do. Said they never have complaints. Whatever. I received the gift card in the mail, took it into a different salon to use on products, the card would not work. Spent 30 minutes in the salon with them trying to get the card to work. Never happened after 3 calls to customer service, it never worked. They told me to come back and try again tomorrow What BS! Called corporate after I left and was told there was nothing wrong with the card. I give up!

Great selection of gourmet donuts. Its a must for donut lovers!!
