Worst experience at a salon! I went just a couple of times and had appt with Ann. Haircut and color just okay, but she was cheap and you get what you pay for. The reason for the one star is Ann is what I can only guess is moody! First two times I was there she was fine, third time i went she must have been in a bad mood. She was rude!! Acted like I was bothering her with my appt. I actually got up and left since I would never spend money and have someone be so rude to me! Horrible!!

Love the customer service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had my haircut by Jess today. She did a wonderful job. I'm very picky because I feel that the hairstyles I've had before never listen to what I'm asking for. I showed Jess a picture and she nailed it!!!! You go girl! I will return when I'm due for a cut again.

Came in because I got a coupon for a $6 haircut in the mail. Great customer service and everything was done very fast and very well. The usual price is $15 for a haircut, but I'll probably still go to a Great Clips next time I need a haircut. Would recommend.

Sabrina cut my hair over the weekend (it hasn't been cut in a year and a half! So uneven and so many dead ends) and she did an amazing job. Haven't gotten this great of a haircut in a VERY long time as my hair is difficult to cut. Everyone at the salon was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be recommending Tangles to others!
