I was so blessed to be able to book an appointment for a Devacut with Jim. The day I came in with completely dried out and very frizzy hair. Jim gave my curly hair a healthy dry-cut( by cutting it while still dry) and followed up with DevaCurl products. He also showed me all of the steps of the process and even instructed me where the process would change if I were doing a wash and go. After 1 hour after, I absolutely got the surprised result( my curls back) !!! I was greatly appreciated that and will definitely be back for my next cut. He truly brought me BACK TO LIFE !!! You need to see Jim if you want to get your curls back and learn how to style your natural hair at home on your own. Otherwise, the salon was beautiful, cozy and clean, I would like to share my good experiences .

The only place that can give me a good haircut.

This place is horrible. The women who work there are so ignorant. I am a hard working single mother of 3 and these women have on occasion yelled at my children. They drive their Lexus and Mercedes and treat people horribly. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They also do not pay for any kind of trash service. They leave all their trash out back of the salon for someone else to pick up. Disgusting!

The brunette lady kinda messed up my hair. I went to get a disconnected undercut with number 2 razor on the sides and the disconnected path is not straight. The hair line on the left side is even more unbearable, she trimmed it too far up so she had to leave it there and skip to the back part (where it was not cut yet) and restart from that part. I literally just found when I took a picture of my hair, the part where she skipped over looks like a missing triangle and since my hair isn’t growing recently for some reason, I’m kinda stucked in this stage. The Supercut costs 16 or 18 I forgot.

I have been going to Elegance Hair Salon exclusively since I found the shop 6 years ago. Zohra is my stylist and you could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable or up-to-date beautician. I get compliments on my hair regularly and tell everyone "Zohra owns my hair". I trust her completely with my cuts, color and highlights. I never have a problem getting an appointment. Call a week or so ahead of time and you will get a time that works for you. Great personal service at reasonable prices. Elegance is #1.

Friendly staff and atmosphere

Go somewhere else! The entire time I'm getting my haircut the stylist talked about people complaining about how she doesn't know how to cut hair And her comeback was I went to school for this, I know what doing. After all of that, I wound up with probably the worst haircut I've ever had. I just didn't want to hear it anymore. I went somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. Less talk, more cut correctly!

Jess does my hair and I’m always happy! She’s patient and skilled in all areas from ethnic hair to bleach blondes!

the best place for service. Love going to Artur for coloring and his famous dry hair cuts. Always top of the line products are used and extremely knowledgeable and fashion forward staff.

I am so lucky to have found Kiersten at Jay Michael Salon! She was actually referred to me by my former salon, which does not do blowouts with tape-in extensions. Both Kiersten, and her assistant, Christian, treat my extensions with extreme TLC. I look forward to seeing Kiersten every week for a blowout/curl of my 22" locks. It is a pleasure to spend time in her chair - she is extremely gregarious, professional, and expedious. Unlike many stylists - who have shied away from blowing out my naturally extremely thick curly hair, Kirsten tackles my natural curly locks -with the extra extensions- in an unbelievably quick amount of time and absolute perfection! It's an added bonus that she goes out of her way to pay attention to my three-year-old, who has accompanied me to my past two appointments. Can I give her 6 stars?
