Beauty Salon

Rude older woman working there and they talk in their own language while working on pedicures makes u feel uncomfortable. I had the older woman do my pedicure and my 11 yr old daughter had a young lady work on her pedicure, she made my daughter's toes bleed and never acknowledged that(we have been to other nail salons and Never have they made my daughter's nails bleed) my daughter was worried and showed me her toes, I mentioned that my daughter's toes were bleeding and the one doing her nails looks at me and doesn't seem to understand what I'm saying and doesn't speak any English. They then start talking in their language. Then the older lady asks me if I want a design on my toe, I said okay She then proceeds to get a dollar store acrylic paint bottle to "make a design"..not a polish like other salons use but a dollar store paint! We will never go back.. we never had so many issues going to a nail salon

I've been going to Salon Michele for years. Great service & I always love the final result

I have been coming here for over 5 years. I love the woman there! Cutest lady ever.

10/10 great place

This is my favourite salon. The prices are very competitive and they have always done an excellent job on my nails and waxing. I've tried other salons in the neighbourhood but always end up coming back to Lena's.

I received a facial and got my eyebrows done from here. They did an amazing job. The prices and services are both great and affordable. Very professional, efficient, and helpful staff. Definitely plan on going back.

So so rude response from whosoever answered the phone when my daughter called this salon. Today is Sunday, store hours says they are open, when my daughter called one lady answered it and yelled "We are closed today, and are not working so DON'T CALL US AGAIN!" What a rude reply....fix your store hours details online and stop abusing your valued customers on phone...if this is how they respond it won't be long before they shut down the business.

Great atmosphere

Amazing

Best hairstylists ever !!

This is the only place my 9 & 15 year old sons will go to get their haircut.

The staff here are super friendly, inviting, and love working with you to get a cut that both you and the artist will be happy with. Paired with a shampoo, hot face towel and scalp massage, you can't go wrong!

Frank and Isabella are the best , great hair cuts at very reasonable price.

Great service, friendly staff! Highly recommend New Age Spa!
