Less than impressed with this location and their staff. Every time I call I am placed on hold for long amounts of time and then I have to re-explain while I’m calling at least 3 times. I have been getting my eyebrows done at Ulta for the last 10 years and have not always had perfect service but I have always looked past this as I know things can get busy and stressful for them at times but today was the last straw. The brow girl screwed up my eyebrows so bad that they don’t even look close to the same. I just wanted to get them fixed and they are refusing to help and want me to repay to get them fixed. The girl I spoke to on the phone was less than friendly and even got attitude with me because I didn’t understand why she couldn’t tell me when I could get an appointment, as many of the other locations book appointments even when they don’t have a brow bar girl on staff. She basically said it wasn’t her job to book appointments for the brow bar. Sorry your “understaffed” as she put it but it doesn’t excuse poor customer service and that’s the same excuse I get every time I get bad service. At some point it’s not a true excuse but rather a lack of training to deal with customers or a lack of caring. Either way I’m done giving Ulta my money just to be treated like this. Sorry but if I’m paying 21 for my eyebrows to be done they better be on point!

We are both walk-ins on a Sunday, 20 mins before closing time😮 (traffic jam), and I was fully prepared for some hostility or the 'evil eye'. Instead, they just got us in and out of there and were so friendly. I needed someone to polish up layers from my recent 'less than stellar' cut recvd from another big chain and haircut for my picky BF. Great job! We'll be coming back. 😃

Walked in for highlights and got half of my hair done and not the other half I wasn’t happy with it so i rescheduled my appointment and now they’re saying they can’t fix anything! This was my first time and it traumatized me!!! Worst customer service ever!! Horrible horrible way to start my year!!

I came into the store in need of some serious help. My concealer oxidized so bad on my face, I looked like a Dalmatian! I went in expecting something like a touch up but this AMAZING woman, Sonia, did my entire look. She helped me so much and pointed me in the right direction in regards to foundation and primer- Estée Lauder is going to be my new go-to. Goodbye tarte! Thanks again Sonia! Julie is my stylist and she never disappoints. She recently colored my hair for my wedding and it as perfection. Great customer service and super friendly staff too.

I had a great experience trying to find a gift for my girlfriend, Caitlin was amazing and knew exactly what I was trying to describe to her, and even gave me a discount card to give her to come get a facial. Made my day 10x easier and better. Would highly recommend this place

The lady that cut my hair was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I was getting a new haircut I had never tried before, and she did a perfect job by just me showing her a picture of what I wanted. I will definitely be going back and requesting her (I unfortunately can not remember her name because I forgot to ask). Great place to go for a haircut!
