Hit or miss. I got one really bad haircut here once and never tried them again, but my 2 year old usually gets a pretty good haircut. I take him here for convenience only, and if you sign up with them they will send you a coupon for a $7.99 haircut every now and then. If you do decide to go, I advise you check-in online, because they are usually very busy.

I had my first appointment with Ruth yesterday. She is a true professional -- extremely knowledgeable, confident, and capable. I had a family loss and had really let my hair go -- it was too long and my bangs were in my eyes. I had gotten fed up and cut my own bangs. Once again, I cut them too far on each side and had cut one side further back than the other. A disaster! I was coming out of my depression and wanted a stylish bob. I've gotten too enthusiastic with the scissors on my bangs before and was told to just let them grow out. Ruth recommended I add extensions to correct my disaster. I had no idea that could be done!!!! I admit, the extensions were way costlier than the average cut/style, but the difference was dramatic and immediate. "Wow!" is all I can say! The rest of the cut is fabulous, as well. She did a graduated bob - longer in front - and undercut my hair in the back so the weight is off my neck. So stylish!

Julian is a master with coloring and cutting and Ashley has fingers of a goddess!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

My appointment with Alma was scheduled at 1pm. She didn't show up. It's totally unbelievable no one apologized for wasting my time. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Cindy has done my hair for years and she is great ! Hair cuts color what ever i needed. Everyone there is nice and all does wonerful hair.

I just called to try and see when would be a good time to come in and get some highlights. The lady answered the phone by saying “what?” I asked if this was the smartstyles in Walmart (thinking I had the wrong number by how rudely she answered the phone) she yelled “YES DUH!” I hung up and will take my business somewhere that has someone professional answering their phones.

Kim is great. She cuts hair for all 3 of my kids, mom and I. We love her. She does amazing cuts. We have been going to her for over 2 years now. Great price as well.

Staff is courteous and thorough, I enjoy going to Tina on the regular. She always knows what I want and gets it down every time. Highly recommend.
