So unprofessional. I've had my hair cut here once, it was so load, stylists were gossiping about other clients and other stylists were asking how to do color/styles to other stylists. I tried to book another appointment and got canceled on day-of because the person doesn't specialize in short hair. It's a LOB, not a pixie cut. For a place downtown, this place is so unprofessional and overall cheap.

Called to make an appointment, lady just picks up the phone and doesn't say anything at all. After I said "hello" she just says "ya?" Very rude. I asked if I could have my hair curled (doesn't matter how, I'm not picky) and she starts accusing me of having fake hair, then mumbling a bunch of things that didn't make since. I try to explain that I am a blonde with medium length hair that would just like It to be curled before my bridal photo shoot. She interrupted me, says "she's booked" and will probably have to refer me out. Weird that "she's booked" when I didn't even give her a date that I wanted to come in (which was in like 2 weeks). It's almost like they didn't want any business. I could easily curl my hair myself but my mom wanted a professional to do it. It's not that hard.

Becky gave me a fabulous up do. It lasted for days and everyone told me I looked like a princess!

I've been going here for years, it's about a 45 minute drive each way, but I happily make the trip because I get amazing service and results.

Coffney and her daughter were so good to me. My hair is lovely!! Beautiful color and hair cut i can play with and style anyway i want;). Everyone in the salon was welcoming and the vibe was just right! Thank you Thank you Thank you. When I come back to Dallas I will be there!

I was referred to Ryan Johnson, the owner at Studio 5012 by a friend. I was extremely nervous because I was getting a permanent color for the first time along with a sew in. I met Ryan for a consultation prior to my appointment and he was very thorough and informative. He explained in detail everything that he would be doing when I came in for my appointment. He was also very patient, reassuring me that I was in good hands. The end result was amazing and I've received several compliments from friends and family on the sew-in and the color. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his salon.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Dallas! Took me almost 4 years of trial and error before finding Marty and the State Thomas salon. Knew I had found my "forever salon"" when other stylists asked who did my hair.

The place to go very clean , employees are great keke is a great Beautician.
