First time and last time I’ll be going here. Had an appointment with Kayleigh at 4pm. I arrived early and was told she was finishing up a client, and that she should see me on time, 4:30 at the latest. I was finally brought back at 5pm, after watching a walk through get seen before me. I requested a balayage and showed her a picture of what I wanted (caramel colored). She was very heavy handed and seemed inexperienced. As I waited for my dye to set, she sat on her phone in the chair next to mine. She had a big issue get my hair to de tangle and yanked on my hair several times. To top it all off, my hair is now an ashy, almost grey blonde with a very choppy fade. I’m not at all pleased with the service and don’t plan on returning.

Meagan is the best! She's always so friendly and does such an amazing job every time I've come to see her. I usually go with different styles each time and she nails it. Thanks Meagan for being the bees knees!
