This place did not open at 10am. My son and I walked around the front of the building for 20 minutes waiting for them to open and finally left. We tried calling throughout the day, and they never answered the phone. I am hoping they closed down as service here before needed improvement.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I took my mom to get her hair done today, when we walked in we didn't see anybody and then a lady came out from the back and ask what we needed. As we started explaining to her she called a lady over that was sitting on the bench right outside her name was Monica. We started explaining to her that my mom wanted her to recommend a style for her age (late 50s) and her face shape, Monica recommends a Bob to which we said no Bobs. My mom pulled out a picture on her phone of what she wanted Monica to go by. It was a look with a lot of volume at the top well Monica ended up giving her a Bob. When she was done she gave her a mirror and my mom said it's not what I wanted but I guess, we headed over to the counter and we started telling her that this isn't what she wanted that she showed her a picture and this was nothing like it. She kept saying that her hair would style the way the pic did to which my mom replied that it would because she's gotten it that way before.. I told her that the first thing we told her was that we didn't want a Bob and she ended up giving her a bob.. My mom said, "do you see any volume in my hair?" And she had the odassity to say it's in the back when my mom had pointed to her that she wanted it on the top. Monica said we'll sorry you don't like it. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager, then I asked for someone above her and she said she could get our information down and pass it on. My mom was in the process of paying and it asked about a tip I told her she was not gonna leave a tip and Monica just shook her head as if she deserved a tip when she didn't listen to my mom's needs. I told my mom to send me the picture she showed her and if take a picture of what she got which is when Monica said we didn't have to pay for it then with an attitude. Worse experience ever.

They honestly don’t know what they’re doing there , my hair was horrible the way the did it

Awful service. Booked an appointment over the phone 2 weeks prior to my appointment, show up on the day and they don’t have my name in the book at all. Sure, people make mistakes but the girl behind the counter was so unhelpful, didn’t even apologize or offer me another appointment. All she said was I can speak to the manager who won’t be in until the next day which is not helpful seeing as I booked an appointment. Terrible service and rude staff. Will not be giving them my business and will be making sure my friends don’t either. Will be calling the manager tomorrow to make a complaint. Totally unacceptable.

I've been coming here for years and it's one of the best hair places I've been too in Texas. I say it's better then Q's in hwy 6 they always busy and the time to get a hair cut takes a couple of hours.

Very upsetting to hear about my dear friends experience here. To be discriminated against because she has a child and needed to change him is unethical and just plain absurd. Not to mention how the manager Charlye handled the situation by hanging up when she asked for the corporate number. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
