It's very expensive but you get the star treatment so totally worth it for me.

My hairdresser, Jessica, was really great and sweet. She deserves 5 stars. That receptions though was so rude and had a major attitude over something that wasn't even my fault. My appointment was originally scheduled for earlier and i called to ask if it could be moved to later time. They said it was no problem. Apparently they didn't communicate that to each other and when i arrived the reception just had the worst attitude. Poor customer service skills on her part and not what i expect from toni&guy. I'm also in customer service and i wouldn't have an attitude as poor as hers. They need a new receptionist.

After living in Houston for 3 years and spending that much time for someone I could trust with my hair, I am so happy and relieved to have found Eric Perez. Very professional, personable and excellent prices. Looking forward to my next visit. I completely recommend him for color, cut and Brazilian blowout...services I have received so far.

I had my hairstylist for several year in this salon with Mr. John Bullard and he left to NJ. I’m still miss him. The staff in this salon are good and professional but is hard for me to trust ( this is personal). Anyway I think the price are high too, but the quality is always better than others salons more affordable I’m been experienced here in this area, that can end up with a total disaster. Definitely this is the place I will go when I’m passing through this town in my intermittent traveling. After John left, Ami has took care of me, and last time I’m visited her she did an awesome haircut and dyed my roots. I was very happy client. Price was high, I guess that’s what you pay for quality. One observation to the salon is that I’m an extremely private quiet person that doesn’t like to share much about myself and the shooting of several questions to make me feel good looking for casual friendly conversation is not for me. Perhaps I’m start to feel uncomfortable and stressed. I’m suggest that keep in mind there is diversity in the world most are welcoming talkers and I’m one unicorn who’s preferred to leave me enjoying the silence and relax while Im getting pampered.

I've been Maryam's costumer for 4 years. She is great in threading . I would never go anywhere else. She listens carefully that what I ask for and she does an amazing job each time. I get lots of compliments about my eyebrows. I highly recommended her.

Great place for a quality haircut and color job! They are very fairly priced compared to the other salons in the area. They also offer a lot of services. Hailey cut and dyed my hair and she did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier! Thank you!

I just went for the first time, and had an amazing experience. The stylist gives you all of their attention, unlike those at chain salons. I went to a color stylist at Visible Changes who did her best to take our the red that was in my hair, but the color was nothing close to what I wanted. I scheduled a consultation and cut/blow dry with Katy here, and decided I will never go to another salon again! My experience was superb, and I cannot wait until next week when Katy re-colors my hair. Another plus, their products are cruelty free! I am in love.

Sharon has been cutting my hair for over a year, and I have a pixie, so that's a lot of visits. She is always welcoming, it's more like friends catching up than a hair appointment. I have gotten more compliments since I started going to her than I ever have. She has so much energy and is just fun to be around. I recommend her whenever I get the chance.

Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My stylist went above and beyond for me! I would completely recommend this place for a first time visit. You get a discount and complementary bang trim also any type of beverage you want, I had a black Starbucks coffee and a nice cold glass of ice water!
