Erin Downey Salon & Dry Studio is a great addition to Southampton village located right across the street from Starbucks my weekend routine has greatly improved. They offer $45 blowouts which I love but I love the package of 10 I purchased for $375! Thats $37.50 a blowdry which is amazing for the Hamptons. The service and the ambiance is top notch - their staff is professional and really service focused, their products are all top shelf, it is a Moroccanoil Oil salon so your hair feels luxurious and smells amazing when your service is complete. A real class act and a salon that will gain the popularity of the locals such as myself because they aim to please and they offer packages and local discounts!! I highly recommend for women, men, and children friendly.

Max cuts my hair and does a great job. Listens to what you want. And does exactly what you say. Easy place to get to and has off street parking

Was totally scammed by stylist and management. Quoted about $120 but was asked to pay well over $200 at checkout. Management had to get involved and they tried to cover for themselves and make it better but definitely questionable business practices.

We stopped in to get my daughters hair trimmed. During the appt she asked if they could do an updo for homecoming. My daughter showed them a picture and they stated that they could do it. I called to make an appointment and again explained what she wanted. The day of the appt my best friend took my daughter up because I had to work. Tracy was the stylist who they stated could do the updo. My daughter was told that she could not do the hairstyle that she had shown them so she was flexible and went so far as to ask for a simple bun. Tracy was rude and very condescending and the end result was that my daughter left and her hair was not done. I called to talk to Tracy and she immediately got loud with me over the phone and kept talking over me. Very rude and unprofessional.

I've been getting my hair cut here since October of 2014. Excellent service, friendly staff who remembers me, and remembers how I like to have my hair cut. They've been great with my two elementary school aged sons as well. I highly recommend this salon.
