Beauty Salon

I always enjoy getting my haircut here. Isamar is great. Awesome service!

Great place . Katreena is so great for layers cutting.

Excellent customer service, nice visit, I will go back again!

Excellent place with good service. Customer service was very good. Very courteous.

My 5 stars go to the stylist, Joshua, not the salon. The salon sucks.

This salon has the best ambience & amazing people that work there. Caroline knows exactly what to do to keep my brunette hair looking fresh & healthy and always feel like a superstar walking out!! Thank you!!!

Atlanta is fabulous at cutting and styling hair. Plus, she gets you in and out in a jiffy!

Great service! They do a great job every time!

Best place in the Rosenberg and Richmond area. My entire family goes there with De'ann and she can make wonders.

Christine is efficient, super friendly, and does a great job with my hair every time. I love that I can make appointments online!

Fantastic hair salon! Highly recommend!

This place is terrible, I would not reccomend it to anyone. While washing my hair the lady left to work on someone and left me sitting uncomfortably for five minutes. When she came back she insulted my hair. Even worse, while I was sitting in the chair with wet hair, she left me again to go do someone’s eyebrows. She gave me a brush and said “brush your hair” keep in mind my hair was soaking wet. My clothes were drenched. When she came back she scolded me for brushing it wrong, and continued to insult me. It was very unprofessional and I don’t plan on coming back again. This has not been my only bad experience here.

Long term client, love this place and have recommended this place to lots of people who absolutely love it!!!

The perfect hair cut and Raquel is so nice

Do NOT take your kids here. They just butchered my 2 boys hair.

I scheduled an appointment with the JCP Salon online for for a 7pm appt with Quinette Smith & I left a note online requesting to come earlier if any openings came up. I had not received a response, so I arrived around 6pm just in case there was any option of starting early. To my surprise, the salon was CLOSED, LIGHTS OFF, NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH! I went to every register awaiting to speak with someone to question what was going on, but each register had at least 2 people in line ahead of me. By the time I go to the car, I called the general number and asked if the Salon was closed indefinitely. The person who answered the phone put me on hold so she could check. After she returned to the phone, I explained how I had made an appointment online and she replied the salon closes at 6pm. I then explained to her that the online appointment was made for 7pm. She put me on hold again and returned stating there was a family emergency so the salon closed early. I asked why I wasn't contacted and explained that it was unprofessional not to communicate with patrons in these situations. She replied stating "that's not my department, so you will have to call and talk to them". I'm shocked at the unprofessionalism all around at this point. Is there only 1 person working the salon? Was a manager not informed that the salon was closing early so the appointments could be checked/rescheduled/etc? I hope this review helps others understand that they should not expect decent service at this location!

Stopped by because the SportClips in the same shopping centre was only accepting cash for some reason. Walked in and it was not busy at all. Nice salon overall. The "Master Stylist" (1st lady behind the register) came and started to help me. I explained it was my first time there and I would like a haircut. She was very impersonal and gave me a haircut in less than 10 minutes. I'm all for a quick haircut, but I don't want to feel rushed or short-changed and this was the feeling I had walking out of there. Overpriced for the service I received.
