Very bad experience. I called to see if we could get an earlier appointment and the person who answered the phone said that they were too busy. I asked for something later and they were full then too. I said "that's fine, ok then we'll have to reschedule", admittedly in a disappointed tone but not in an angry way or anything.
She said ok bye. I said "wait don't you want to reschedule our our appointment"? She said "Eh, whatever you want to do, that's up to you, in a very rude way, emphasis on whatever and you. I said "nevermind thank you" and hung up. Maybe someone was just having a crappy day but geesh!
