They deliver exactly what I wanted. A great haircut at a very reasonable price. I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seated quickly. I had Harold cut my hair and he did a great job. It was $15 for a men's haircut, which is awesome compared to all of the chain haircut places where I would have paid the same or more and ended up having to fix it on my own later. Also I enjoy that they have all the fancy add-ons if you want them, but you don't have to get them. I will be going back.

Took my 5 year old and 2 year old. It was my 2 year olds first hair cut. They were amazing! Very kind to my children. My children were comfortable and left with cute hair cuts. Thank you Jessie and Brandi you ladies were awesome!

I originally made the mistake of trying to walk in for a haircut 15 minutes before closing, but used the trip to make an appointment for the next day; keep this in mind if you plan on coming as a walk-in, and try to get in at least half an hour before the sign on the door says is closing time. The appointment is more of a ballpark figure, anyway; I still ended up waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time, and I showed up ten minutes early. Two of the stylists and two clients I saw there had short hair, which helped me feel better about trusting the place with my pixie cut - often I've found people don't know how to do short, feminine haircuts, so I'm glad to find a place that can. My interactions were with Debbie; I was surprised when she greeted me by name on my arrival - that's a level of recognition you won't find at a big franchise. She was chatty and friendly the whole time, and worked with my descriptions and ideas to get me what I wanted, and suggested other colors I could wear well if I decided to dye my hair later. The cut ended up being $30 (before tip), which to me is pricey, but I don't feel bad about giving Latosha's Cutting Edge my business, and I'll probably come back again if I'm in the area next time I need a cut.

Been going here since around 2012... My general satisfaction with Haircut quality has gone down - which is why am here.. Good people, but the haircuts are no longer that good.. I am going to try Sports Clips

Very disappointed with this salon today. I called a day before to see if there were any openings for a balayage and trim for the next day - the guy that I spoke with to on the phone told me the hair stylist that I usually see was not available, but another one was for 12pm. I decided that it was fine, thanked him for getting me in last minute. He asked for my information and supposedly "put me in" for 12. I show up at 12 the next day, only to find out that someone is scheduled for a balayage but it is not me. They double booked me. They called the other person and that person never answered their call and never even showed up. 15 minutes later the lady up front comes to tell me they have a 20 minute waiting policy and don't want to keep me waiting in case the other person shows up. She already had me wait 15 minutes what's another 5?? The other person wasn't going to show up when they never called or answered their call anyway. I heard the receptionist talking to the hair dresser and the hair dresser clearly just didn't want to do her job today and see me. Very incovenient for me to go out of my way, show up on time for MY appointment and get sent home even though the other person never even showed up. I get mistakes happen, if the other person had showed up I wouldn't be so upset but NO ONE was there to see this particular hair dresser except for me. Thanks for ruining part of my birthday plans JC Penney salon.

Jessica is world class! It's not her 20+ years of experience, nor the fact that her skill set is exceptional that sets her apart from all the rest. Jessica really listens to you, and get's to know you so she can give you way more than hair cut- She has the rare ability to not just cut your hair, but help transform your appearance if you are ready for something different. Not only will she help you look your absolute best, but you will walk out feeling better than when you arrived, because Jessica's personality is always uplifting- she's funny, happy, and after 30 minutes with her, your whole day will be just be better! She's the kind of professional that once you discover, she's that go to person for life.

I just had my first haircut with Jessica and she was fabulous. She listened to what I wanted and executed beautifully.
