Went in today and purchased hair. The hair was very nice and silky. The most impressive thing is the Customer Service I received. The young lady Jasmine was super nice and helpful. This Supercuts has raised their price for a normal male haircut (no shampoo) for the second time in a few years. The increase from $15 to $16 was understandable but now it has gone all the way up to $18.95! I still tip whoever cuts my hair the same as always, but I can guarantee you that a large percentage of people tip considerably less with the price increase. The owner's greed is likely costing the stylists a lot in tips and in the end will cost them their business when long time patrons like me go to nicer salons that cost only a bit more than the new exorbitant prices at this location.
