Norma is awesome! Great customer service, and she is very knowledgeable :) she is always focused on her customer ... Other than Bertys (the owner) she seems to have awesome customer service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WE WAITED 3 HOURS JUST TO GET A HAIRCUT!! THEY TAKE THEIR TIME, TALK ALOT, ON THEIR PHONES ,REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! ALSO THEY SKIP PEOPLE !!

So today I went to do my hair I told her I wanted it balayage and she didn’t knew what that was I showed her a picture so she kind of told me she knew not sure if she did though anywho she bleached my hair left it to dry too long while she was yip yapping to other customers and well I thought it was fine till my hair started to fall off it started breaking in pieces my hair was long and now it’s short and by the root of my hair there is some pieces missing the worst thing was she knew my hair was falling she did not tell me I stayed calmed I wanted to scream and cry well because hair takes too long to grow and keeping it nice and healthy. She was too rough on my hair she did everything fast I don’t like my hair up to this point I will keep treating it at home with natural remedies. Yup I definitely don’t recommend this place ladies if you love your hair long and healthy don’t go to this place she will just ruined it!

Beautiful hair and makeup spot down in Pasadena and very suitable for the getting ready photo-sessions we love to cover for all our quinceaneras events. The staff is very accommodating and we had an entire family in there getting all gorgeously dolled up for the upcoming celebration. Totally recommend this place and graciously thank all the personal at Naty Salon & Spa for having us over for this photo-shoot.

Havent had my hair done but I came for a consulatation and the manager was really nice and was very knowledgeable and knew what products would look good on me. Wish i woulf of got my hair done here

I havent been without braids in my hair all year. Each and everytime i go here to get my hair done. They're fast and very talented. My hair lasts bout 4 months. They're friendly and prices are not bad. I recommend!

No recomiendo. me cortaron el cabello desnivelado , tenia la mita de mi cabello izquierdo mas largo y el derecho mas corto. regresé para q lo pudieran arreglar y desafortunadamente me quedó igual o peor. y mi cabello largo quedó muy corto y solo iba para q me cortaran las puntas nomas :( pero ni modo.. me quedó de experiencia.
