Hannah has been doing my for several years, I will not let anyone else to color cut or anything else to my hair. When she does no matter what it comes out just the way I asked her. Se is the best!!!!!!!!

My daughter got the absolute worst haircut here. The stylist (who also said she wawas a the manager) said she did what I asked but my daughter's hair is way too short and it sticking up all over. It is not a good haircut at all and when I said I didn't think I should have to pay for such a terrible haircut, she threatened to call security on me. They got my $20 this time but never again.

As a VIP member, I love this place. I go weekly, have never had my nails (hands or feet) done until Tune Ups and it's awesome. Ron is the man, he does amazing things with my beard, even my wife likes me going. Highly recommend.

Great experience!!! They did a good job with my tuf-foot. It is the best Pedicure with hot stone massage. The salon is nice, clean and sanitation tools. I highly recommend them!

HEIDI IS PHENOMENAL! She consistently does and outstanding job on my hair as well as my mom and brothers hair. She is amazing with hair coloring, highlight, etcetera. I'm glad we followed her from her previous salon.

This is the worst place that I have ever been to get my hair cut. This place makes the Woodlands look bad. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The Staff is so rude. The way they talked to me was horrible. A black woman that seems racist or predudice towards white people that had a bad attitude towards me. She has done this to me before with a horrible attitude, but today I thought I would give them another chance! Today I went to get my hair cut which is the day before thanksgiving 11,22,2017. What did I get ? Another very bad attitude towards me and They didnt even cut my hair properly. I've always tried to be nice to these people. I am positive that the black lady is racist or predudice and has hatred towards me. Im a very good judge of caracter when it comes to peoples attitudes ! ! BEWARE ! ! ! Avoid getting a haircut at this location. I will never step foot in this place again and I do not recommend this place to anyone else. This place is absolutely no good. If you want to be treated good and with respect with a good haircut, please do not go to this location. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all ! Im also not one to write reviews but today Im writing this review to honestly warn people of this place. Im a person that works good with others and communicates with people very well. Im also a former Marine that fought over in iraq. I didnt come home to my country to be treated like this ! ! This behavior is absolutely totally unacceptable! I will not lower my standards for other people! How can I expect someone else to show me respect when they cant even respect themselves ? Because she is miserable she thinks its ok to disrespect other people and try to make them miserable also. Her unproffesional behavior is not going to work with me ! This place will never see me or my friends again. This place could easily get a lawsuit filed on them. BEWARE ! ! ! AVOID THIS PLACE ! ! ! CAUTION ! ! ! . Then they are going to tell me they are sorry to read this! They should be sorry for not taking care of these issues along time ago. They dont have to worry about me because Im going to get my hair cut in the future at a more classy place and not some low life place like this. Simple as that ! !

Sherry is a top-notch stylist with an eye for what looks best on you if you don’t know which direction to take your hair (which I frequently don’t!) everything she has delivered has been awesome and I get great compliments.
