Beauty Salon

Will NEVER be back! I asked for layers and got 2 horrible layers!

Sydney is absolutely fantastic at what she does.

I find myself to be extremely picky when it comes to getting my hair cut or colored. I’ve lived in Lubbock for 3 years and tried several salons for a cut but was never really satisfied. I decided to give Toni & Guy a shot. There I met Sara and she’s been so patient with me about going shorter. Recently, I’ve had my shortest haircut yet and didn’t realize how short the back side of my hair was. This was not her fault since I didn’t explain what I was expecting and told her to do her thing. She was so kind and understanding and is willing to work with me until she achieves what I want. She’s been following up and giving me tips on how to style my hair. I love my cut and will continue to be her client. It’s rare when professional stylists like Sara are so sweet and patient with clients who are most picky like me!

Amazing staff...online check in is awesome...got me in and out quickly

Family friendly, my daughter loves to get her hair done here

I don’t know much about this place other than the fact that my wife loves this place. She has never been so happy about her hair salon/ manicure, pedicure place so much before.

Great haircuts and the hairdressers are helpful. I recommend it.

Love this place! Super informative and helped me chose the best option for my hair! Lauren did an awesome job with my red!

Everybody were very friendly, nice little store to browse around

I love Joshua. He always cuts my hair the way I ask and it turns out great. He’s a kind and considerate person as well.

Dustin did a fantastic haircut on a co-worker, so decided to give him a try. No problem scheduling an appointment and very friendly on the phone. HOWEVER, my appointment was Sat at 1100. The store opened at 0930. One employee present when I showed up at 1050. Texting during a less than enthusiastic greeting and minimal eye contact. Another employee showed up and gave me a brief greeting and a smile. At 1102, Dustin called the store to say he's be 5-10 minutes late. The second lady while chewing food relayed this info to me and I understood the gist of it as her food chewing interfered with the message delivery. At 1120 with no further contact from any employee, I cancelled my appointment and received a "OK". Not asked if I wanted to reschedule nor ever offered any beverage. Very unprofessional customer service. Got one star for my co-workers haircut!

Blanca cuts my hair at half the price i was paying before and better quality

Kari was so great, and got the color I was wanting perfectly. The staff was so friendly, and the salon was great.

Best place to work and visit to get all of ur hair need and great massage

Just moved to Lubbock and extremely worried when looking for a new salon. I got super lucky finding La Foi. LeeAnn took care of me even better than my old stylist . My hair has never looked or felt better. Super relaxed and rustic salon. I will definitly be back.

LOVE Gilberto’s! Such sweet people and they know what they’re doing!!!

Reece was the best! She let me know that I was unique with my hairstyle and that she was going to help me get exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait till I have to go back ! Thank you Reece!!
