The place was pretty clean. I didn't wait that much because I tend to check in online which is a very good service. This place also stays open late relatively to other places. I usually come here when it is passed 7pm and I need a hair cut. Keep in mind that I am used on going to barbershops. Your average hair cut is about 15 dollars for men. The service is not bad at all but it is not the best. Not my favorite place but it is the best place to go to for a late hsir cut. The hair cuts are nothing special. They tend to be barely alright to me. I always go home afterward to edge up myself. They tend to do a fast job. Don't take forever nor finish too fast which I like. It is a hit or miss with them. I can't remember their names but this one lady that cut my hair last time did a good job.

Went in to do all over color, .. awesome results and they got to experience a rush as well had two girls styling my for it being my baby shower , they handle it perfect, made an entrance at my own party, thank you girls!!

This place is great! Made an appointment easily. Was seen quickly, and the stylist really took her time. I went in there not knowing what kind of haircut I exactly wanted and I left with something flattering. That takes some artistic skill. Mirna is great, the hair washer was thorough. Highly recommend!

I have gone here several times to get my eyebrows done. Today, I went and while the lady was doing them, she told me that my eyebrows were very thin (they're not). She said that it's obvious I do them myself. Let's set it straight, I have NEVER done my own eyebrows because I am not talented in the beauty department. When she was done, she handed me the mirror and they looked like had barely touched them. The only exception, one was shaped differently than the other with a big chunk taken out and Some were long and sticking out and were noticeably long. I asked her to make them thinner and level out the gap In my eyebrow. She said it was my fault they looked like that but she would trim them. She made me feel really uncomfortable and kept stating it's because you pluck them and you really shouldn't. I let her know, The last time I got them done was there. If they were so messed up, it's their fault. The inconsistency in the result of services offered there, will cause me not to go back. My eyebrows are uneven and I now have to wait to try and get them fixed because my brows are tender. I'm so upset.

DO NOT go here if you don't already know them. I gave them 2 stars because I stopped in after seeing their walk-in welcome sign and had a good experience with one of the female stylists. I would have given then 5, but I recommended a friend who went there and sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes with stylists and the owner Gary ignoring her. Not even a hello. I called to ask if they still accepted walk ins and Gary said yes, but that women should really make an appointment. I don't know what gender has to do with it. He was rude to me on the phone and didn't seem to care at all that he had lost an original customer and at least one referral. What a shame. I won't be back and I won't refer anyone else. Weird place.
