I honestly and truly love this place. There is always such a great atmosphere and the people there always treat you with their best. With Aalon Salon you get what you ask for, so if you ask for greatness that is what you will get. They make your visit into something you can actually enjoy. Great facility, fabulous stylist, wonderful products, and an amazing outcome. You can't get any better than Aalon Salon anywhere else in Lubbock, and it's a fact you won't leave unhappy.

Jacinta is the best hairstylist you could ever ask for. You won't be disapointed. Her attention to detail is flawless. She was my girl, and I moved. I would consider flying in to have her cut and color my hair that's how good she is!

As a once regular customer, the betrayal and down right devastation I endured last night by Sumega is unfathomable. My husband took my just turned 4 year old and 8 year old in for their service appointment. Same exact service I always get, kids silk press and style. I arrived an hour later while my 4 year old was having RELAXER washed out of her hair. RELAXER!!! On my practically a TODDLER! She tried to explain by saying when she moved my appointments she messed up the service. This was a complete lie because my Style Seat confirmed that the appointment was still the silk press. I don't know her motivation. Whether it was to swindle my clueless husband out of more money or just pure hate or laziness to relax a Toddler's hair, but either way, it was very unprofessional. This is negligence at best and criminal at worst . As a mother, I am devastated that my child's beautiful texture has been changed and a carcinogen applied to her scalp. As much as I hate to tear down a black-owned, female business, I need to warn other parents. Even if her lie was true about mixing up the appointments (which it isn't, I have screen shots), why wouldn't she have confirmed such a damaging service to a child's head? We texted about the service and it was the same service I've ALWAYS gotten. What type of stylist doesn't go over services with their clients if there is a "change?" I am mortified.

I always leave satisfied with my cut. Very layed back spot and accommodating!

My son loves Renee! She is very meticulous and does a great job. She is so good with kids, she noticed he was wearing a Batman shirt and played LEGO Batman movie for him, she kept giving him toys to keep him distracted. Our first visit in November was his first haircut in a salon and he was hysterical but Renee did amazing to calm him down resulting in no issues this trip. They do however need a receptionist because it’s too much for one person to answer the phones, schedule appointments and check out all while cutting kids hair since that requires your undivided attention to keep them happy while trying not to cut off an ear lol. Maybe the 2 times I have been there are an exception to that but lots more business can be made with help! Go see Renee!

Paula did my hair. I asked for a balayage and she didn't know what that was nor did she do a good job. I had to cut off 6 inches from my hair because it was so fried. She also left blotches of blond and didn't know how to blend any blonde with brown. She left me under the heat for far too long and my hair was mush and chunks falling out. I do not recommend going here or seeing her. I should have had some red flags in the beginning- too bad I didn't listen to my gut. :((

Without a doubt it was the best salon visit I've ever had! I genuinely feel like everyone there loves what they do and they care about the customers and their hair. The owner is super friendly. The salon is beautiful. I found my hair home!!

I have been going to Joey B & Co Salon for over 12 years. This man is exceptional at what he does. He is professional, he is a skilled stylist, and every experience validates why I continue to visit.

All of the previous reviews are from women. I am here to say that HH is great place for men as well. My wife convinced me to get an appointment after I was dissatisfied with the cut (and wait time) I had been receiving from a chain shop. I am extremely satisfied with the cut(and overall customer service) I received and am looking forward to returning.

Nadia is an amazing hair stylist! I have difficult hair and she is one of the few stylist that is able to make it look great. She is also an expert at eye brows. I get many compliments on my eye brows, of all things, since going to her. She is great with color and has done full color, highlights and low lights on my hair. I've been going to her faithfully for years and have nothing but great things to say about her abilities. The best I've found!

I enjoy getting my haircut here. Their technique is a little different. I got the basic trim and they cut your hair standing up. I thought it was quite instresting. The people there are super nice.

Amazing haircut for our 18 month old!!! They were very patient with our little one and made it a fun experience!

LaTina does a great job! I have not been disappointed since I have been going to her salon. She does a fantastic job and she also educates you on how to maintain healthy hair. LaTina is a great stylist :)
