Lovely welcoming place to get your hair done, etc...

I have been coming here for a while, I always go to nina when her wait isn’t too long. I was lucky to get her the other day. But it didn’t go well as the other girl working Cindy was talking to her client about not wanting to live next to the ghetto and a few other racist comments, I could tell nina was visably upset. The last time I went there Cindy cut my hair and told me she dances down in Covington and to go see her. I feel bad for nina and the other workers.. I may have to find a new place for a hair cut now.. I liked the old stylist and not the new ones

Worse place ever, one of the ladies there ruined my hair. When I went there they combed My tangled hair dry and only gave me one shampoo until she almost started blowdrying my hair I had to ask if she was ever going to give me another shampoo and for that from 28$ she charged 43$ Funny uh? After that little moment there I had to go home and chopped off all my hair. That lady left my hair all dry and poofy like if my 12 year old sister was playing with it and also my ends she broke them and even from the side of my ears hair close to my forehead was so broken. Never again, I'll never ever ever ever in my entire life am coming back in there and obviously I'm not letting no body in my family or my friends walk into the place where they will just end up feeling depressed. I'm just letting anyone who reads this my hair is soft and almost straight just a little wavy, I got the Italian type latinos hair, it's a simple hair to work with 😔😒😢 One more thing, that girl never asked me if the water was hot or how did I like the water, she didn't even washed my hair right I never felt her hands scrubbing. She had that straight face all the time and you know I'm only writing about one person since there are other ladies working too and maybe because of one the others don't have to do anything with my bad experience maybe the others are more polite and little bit more informed about their job. That one person goes to school and graduates does not mean they know what they are doing, some people can cheat to pass and than that's how little things become problems.

Little pricey but worth it

Usally get to walk-ins pretty fast. They do a great job on hair color. My whole family gets their hair cut and styled and we have never had a problem. People are nice and have a good attitude. Higher prices than your local hometown hair places but its worth it.

Short wash and condition, good job trimming my hair but beware to have a round brush and blow dry they hit ya with a Style charge and my hair wasn't even completely dry I had to go home and finish drying it. Did talk to customer service who promises to reimburse me for this outlandish charge. But they just lost this customer. I'll pay for a style when I ask for my hair to be styled thanks

Nice place to go for hair services. Great staff, clean, love the coffee/soda area while waiting. Another plus is the discount for seniors on Wednesdays. Amy is amazing.

Omg today was worst experience ever. The whole strip had no power. But within pulling up to door. Some woman in her car smoking a cig. Is screaming at me saying there closed. You need to leave before i call cops.... i get out of car read the sign. She threatened again. You need to leave.... really. Sign says knock on door if u have appt... As of right now. I refuse to go to this location because of this woman... I'm not returning.
