Myself and my two sons were very happy with the cuts and service that was provided to us by Stephanie. I definitely recommend her to anyone that wants things perfect! She did amazing with my boys’ fades and edge ups and my hair feels so healthy now from the trim she gave me! We will be making the drive to make sure she’s the one who does our hair!

Depends on your stylist. Consuelo had multiple slips on the counter, got confused and I ended up with someone else haircut. Seem like a very easy thing to avoid happening. Also I'm sure 45 mins to closing played a factor in the poor service.

Usually the people who cut hair here have a good attitude, are careful, and gentle but today they were anthing but. Today there were different workers from usual and they had none of these traits. It hurt when they cut our hair, they seemed annoyed with me for coming to their great clips, and they didn't even bother to show me my hair when I was done, fix my hair when they were done or even clean up my face when they were done. My dad reported the same thing with a different person. I wasn't very happy with my experience.

I’ve been going to Erica Starr for a couple years now and she has always done a fantastic job. I’ve also had my hair cut and colored by Ashley who I’ve watched do hair while I’m there and she’s phenomenal too. She recently did a full highlight for me and it turned out awesome. I honestly haven’t seen a bad cut or color from any stylist as I people watch while my hair processes. I’ve tried other stylists at other salons but I keep coming back here. And I’ve never had an issue with customer service.

They do not know how to cut guys hair there. They did not even fade out his haircut. 15$ down the drain. Horrible service as well.
