I really wanted to like this place... But when I got my hair cut there, the employee had put "oil" into my hair after washing it, and proceeded to roll my hair into one big dread. Needless to say, it was difficult (and painful) to comb through. I even asked for some kind of de-tangling spray to no avail... Left with a headache. Two stars because staff was nice, but not trained properly...

Nice staff, walk-in and appointments, variety of services. It's in what used to be a house, so it's inviting and comfortable. Parking can be tight when busy. It's on a very busy street and getting in and out can be challenging during late afternoon hours.
