Was suprised that they had one. Outside looks real nice. Once we came in, no one acknowledged us until I started to look up and around. One guy came and asked if we needed help. Asked for specific product and gave it to us. Good thing we double checked it cause it wasn't the one for dry skin. So we put it back. Then a girl came and asked what we were looking for after knowing that we had spoken to the guy that paid no attention to detail on the product. This girl was giving us the 101 on skin care and referred us to specific products to use. Which was good but we ended up looking for it ourselves. Products were misplaced and testers needed to be wiped clean. Some products weren't available or just needed to be stocked up. The only decent area was the clearance by the registers, where you can see all the used, returned and damaged or marked down items were set. At least we know where THOSE are at.

Best highlights ever!

I called 10 min ahead for a blowout but upon meeting Ilenia, i decided to cut a my hair trimmed. She finished an overdue trim and blowout of my long hair in less than an hour. I rarely leave reviews but Ilenia was super, professional and nice. I highly recommend her. And for people attending conferences at the convention center, this is really convenient.

Roxy and her staff are friendly, professional and talented. I walk out looking and feeling better!

Brenda has cut my hair twice and colored it. Couldn't ask for a nicer hair stylist! She is super sweet and amazing at what she goes. Plus chilling with a cup of coffee while your hair dries is great. Excited to get another cut and color soon!!

Worst experience ever! I would barely give them a 1 star rating. In my 45 years of living, I have never left a salon crying!! This lady (some blonde lady) completely ruined my hair! I had pictures of what I wanted and she did nothing like what I wanted!! And on top of that, she got mad AT ME & charged me for the haircut!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I was in San Antonio this weekend and needed a mani and pedi. These ladies took more then care of me. They were nice and sweet and so professional. They were authentic and a joy to speak to. I would so go back everytime I am in San Antonio and sad that they aren’t in Houston. Thank you Beija’s.
