HORRIBLE. I asked for a simple trim and the woman cut my hair DRY. it looked absolutely terrible, like it was just chopped up. would not recommend, DO NOT GO HERE.

Their ratings were phenomenal so I knew I needed give them a try. I had my appointment this evening with Zach and it was amazing!! He did such a great job and I love my new hair!! I had about 10 inches taken off, so this wasn't just a trim! I know I'll be back!!
