I went to Haircuttery this morning at 11:30am and I was greeted with a hello. The young lady told me that it will be a thirty minute wait so she took my name and number. I did some shopping and returned to the salon and Alicia took me after she was done with her client. She apploized for the wait. Alicia did a good job with cutting my hair. She told me what products she was putting in my hair.

I had an up-do appointment about a year ago here and had an amazing experience. Yesterday I went back, wanting to cut my hair really short but was extremely nervous. Everyone in the shop made me very comfortable and confident in the fact that I would like it, without me feeling pressured which was amazing. I got partial highlights and cut off 11 inches! I’m absolutely IN LOVE with my hair. SO happy I chopped it all off and absolutely adore the job that was done. This will definitely be my regular salon from now on. Can’t say enough good things!

This was my first blow out and will probably be the last. I've been natural since 2009. I was pleased about how straight my hair was. She did burn me several times with the blow dryer which was very painful to my scalp. My curls however, are not reverting back. I've used a protein treatment and a deep conditioner, still no luck. I suggest if you want to keep your curls do not get a blowout from here. Something needs to be done! I am not pleased about washing my hair knowing that it will not revert back. Its almost like a texturizer was used on it. I want my money back or something. I will seek legal advice

She explained all her salon policies with me & she even set me up with a good hair regime I could do at home in between our visits. She was very pleasant & her personality was very warm.

I 1st walked into CZZ in 1981 and have not looked back. When I met my wife in '89, she went once and continues to this day. My kids are now teens and they still go there. The appeal is the friendly atmosphere, and insane activity on the place. They do a great job cutting our hair, and the prices are very fair. They become your friend, and that is special.
