I've tried many times with calls, text, and Facebook no reply? But they were just online 6 minutes ago posting up new photos and the day before?! At least contact back and say something to let your customers know??!! Thank you!!

Wonderful haircuts! Can't go wrong, especially with Lois.

Simply awful experience. Met about hair loss with consultant (not to be catty, but she really needs a hair consultation herself). She didn't speak confidently about options. No pictures of what could be done with hair pieces -- the samples of which were completely nasty, 2 feet long and wrong color. Bottom line is "give us $250 and we'll see if this works for you"...and you can't have any money back if it doesn't. No thanks!

I been to Leah over 3 times and was happy about every hair style. She also works with you on a budget of what you are trying to spend.

Before I went there I asked them if they can blow African American hair and they told me yes . , it was the worst blow I ever had in my life . It felt as If i just wasted my hair and dried it myself . Wasted my money 😡😡😡😡angry

Hands down the best haircut I've ever gotten. I walked in off the street, so I didn't really know what I was getting into :D This is one of those fancy hair salons. Appointments required sort of thing. I randomly got lucky, someone canceled their appointment before I walked in. I'd never been to a hair cut place like this, so two things stood out. Compared to a standard guys haircut, it is eyewateringly expensive. Also compared to a standard guys haircut, you walk out looking super sharp! Personally, it's up to you whether looking extra sharp for a week or two is worth $50. For me, honestly, it's not, but it was a neat one-off experience Molly did a fabulous job cutting my hair! If you wanted a fashionable, trendy haircut, I'd get it here.

The masseuses here are phenomenal! -Great massages. Lots of excellent beauty products for sale. Lots of services available- mani/pedis, haircuts, etc.

Love my new haircut by Camille! She brought my natural curls back to life. Also, beautiful eyebrows by Laura. I was also lucky enough to be a hair and makeup model for Laura which was so much fun. Great experience at Union once again.

I had Ashley and she did an absolute amazing job on my hair! Going from natural blonde to a darker shade was scary, but she was very understanding of what I was looking for and hit the mark perfectly!

The first time I came here was a couple of years ago because it was close to my then apartment. Since then I have moved even states away and have come back to this salon to have my hair cut, but especially for the massage therapist, Jennifer. She knows just how to make each session specific to your needs and I recommend her to all who say they need work done, or to just get away for a moment.

Fast and friendly! They gave me the exact haircut that I wanted. I am so happy with it. I wish I lived closer because this would be my go-to place.

My stylist Ana came to this place. It's very neat and she always does an amazing job cutting my hair. She's pretty awesome!

I have fine hair and have always wanted it stacked in the back. Three stylist at other salons could never do it. But when I went to see Molly at brio's, she does it every time. I highly recommend her!
