this ulta can be hit or miss. And by hit or miss, I mean usually bad. Until very recently they never seemed to re stock anything, or have an answer when you asked about when they would get more of a sold out product. their selection of nyx and Anastasia eyeshadows are beyond old, with out of date packaging. I have had the person ringing me up complain about their day on more than one occasion, without my asking. I accidentally dropped a $6 highlighter on the floor on one visit, and it broke. I was near the register, and picking up the pieces, and when I brought it up and explained what happened I was met with eye rolls and sighs, even while I apologized. they also can’t seem to get my ulta points account matched with my correct phone number, and are less than helpful when I’ve asked for help to fix that. I’ve been followed around as if I were shoplifitng, and actually left the store and went to the west side to buy the $100 of make up I’d picked out. The west side ulta seems better than this one, and I only come back to this location because it’s a convenient location.

Worst haircut ever. I asked for the top to be about 3.5 inches and the back a little shorter. There is some hair on top that is almost 3 inches. The back is barely one inch. It will be 4-5 months before I will need another haircut and it won't be at this place.

Haircut the way I wanted it. Easy to make an appointment. Barber has a great personality. I feel good after I get a new haircut from them.

Just had the greatest hair cut and experience with Gina. She gave me a great hair cut, and the head massage. GINA is the best!!!!!!

I went to Salon Rue Cler for the first time and was looking for an entirely new hairstyle. The atmosphere of the salon was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. I explained to Pam what I was contemplating and she listened well and completely understood what I wanted. She was able to tell me what would work with my lifestyle, my coloring, and the shape of my head and face. As Pam cut and colored my hair she was always sensitive and communicated well because she wanted me to feel comfortable with what she was doing. I have a fantastic hair cut and the coloring is natural and beautiful. I am impressed with how thorough she is with the details and will definitely go back because Pam is extremely excellent at what she does and I consider her to be an artist. Thanks Pam! ry

Cori of Coco's Hair Color & Design Studio is amazing. I'm always impressed with her professionalism, willingness to listen to what I want for cuts and color, and her ability to execute on my hair wishes. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and will not disappoint!

If it says it's closing at 7pm,why it is closed at 6.50pm,and there is nobody over there?last minute costumers doesn't count???
