I took my daughter to get a blunt pixie cut, and the entire back of her head was shaved off, only leaving bangs and was very thinned out. She even showed the Stylist a very detailed picture of what she wanted and commenced to butcher my child's hair, then charged us $30 . They didn't ask questions or confirm my daughters very detailed explanation of what she wanted. The Stylist was also very rough. DO NOT take your business here. They don't know what they're doing at all.

I booked an appointment for lash extensions,
I was called the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in later & I expressed that I couldn't because of daycare hours. I was told that's not a problem & they will get me in at 330. I get to my appointment and am told I need to wait til 4 because they are running late, then I'm told she doesn't have enough time to do a full set before I need to leave to get my children from daycare. She continues to try to book me for another day.

Would just like to post this as I was recently approached by a stylist in this salon for a review that was apparently written by me which it wasn’t. I have never been to strandz nor have a I received any services from Courtney. A few of my very close friends have been AMAZED by the results of there services by Courtney and I would highly recommend her services to anyone! Courtney is a great girl and I am proud to see her succeed in this industry. So my deepest apologies to Courtney for whomever took the time out of there day to do this.
