Overall disappointed with how they do business. They don't stand behind the products they use. The hair dye used faded in a week, and is completely gone after 3weeks of proper hair care. The staff refused to do a touch up or partial refund. And when asked why the product didn't last and if they would redo it the responses were very rude. The price quote was inacurate, final price being more than quoted. Bad expierience and i will never do business with them again.

The lady was nice and talked to us but The haircut wasn't good. Not even. She rushed through both of us in 30 minutes. Didn't take the time to check over to see if she did it straight. Lots of choppy bits on us both.

I have been goingto Sandy for at least twenty years and she was super young then and I am old now! SHE Helped me get ready for my cancer treatment ie taking my hair off and helping to decide on a wig along with my daughter. Sandy was so very young and with her help along with my daughter helped pick out a wig to get me through this. I am well and still go to her. I WILL never forget how kind she was and still love our visits as that was in 2005 and has helped to keep Me positive. One of a kind!!

I moved over here recently and decided to try out Alter Ego's. I had a great experience. The stylists are all very friendly and talented. They do a lot of different styles and colours. They are also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Victoria is an exceptional hairstylist! Each time I go in to see Victoria it is an absolute treat! I know I am going to get a new and exciting colour, I don't have to wait to get an apt, she is so accommodating. Her technique and knowledge of colour tones etcetera is what we want to see in this business!

Hello I have just noted a number of Beaners reviews and particularly the most recent one which is highly critical of the salon. I have taken my child numerous times and I have been nothing short of pleased and satisfied. While Beaners is a speciality salon it is by no stretch a Vidal Sassoon salon. The staff are trained and have to cut hair of children, who for the most part, don’t want to be there, cry and fidget in their seat - all for a 15 cut. To walk into the salon and expect a replica of a picture of child’s haircut from a magazine/ likely done by numerous stylists with primpimg and re takes etc is unrealistic. One’s version of a “butchering” may be another’s version of “short. The nice thing about hair is that is grows and a cut is not permanent. In the grand scheme of things given the threat of nuclear war etc, we need to all take a deep breath step back and really re think a criticism of a 15 dollar toddler trim. Just my two cents....
