This place is a hidden gem! The building was originally a bank,and they kept the vault door. Visually,this salon is as perfect as it can get!! Kaitlyn was wonderful. Asked questions,clarified my wants,and my hair is just what I wanted. I will be back,absolutely.

Went for a trim, said I’m trying to keep growing it out. I ended up with 4 inches less and now have pieces falling out of my pony tail at the back. Lady was nice but just didn’t listen when I said I didn’t want much taken off. When I straighten my hair it looks choppy and not well cut for someone with 20+ yrs experience!!! Will never come back again. So disappointed.

Iona is a brilliant stylist! Great sense of humor, as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside, the salon is a One-Stop shop for beauty, Nails, piercings, waxing, eyelash eyebrow tint you name it they do it!!!

When I booked my consultation with Zsuzsanna I was informed about all the different types of treatments and services that she offered and was amazed on how she was able to pin point the proper treatments that i needed. Here shop is beautiful and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I left there feeling very relaxed and my body felt great. She is a true professional and she has a life long client in me. I highly recommend her services. Solace Authentic European Day Spa is the best in the Okanagan!

Leslie is true and excellent at what she do

Used the check in online. Went to the business and didn't have to wait to long. I had a 2 year old son and a 11 year old both getting hair cuts. The first lady did an excellent job with my 2 year old. Very polite and seemed to honestly try to do the best job with a 2 year old who moves and doesn't like loud noises like the buzzer. Still managed to make his hair look nice. Thank you very much. The second lady however was rude and impatient to begin with. Seeming very short when asking who was getting the other haircut. My 11 year old got his hair cut and we left and went home. After leaving a tip as well. When we got home my wife pointed out that his hair was very crooked along his bangs, his hair was cut to 2 uneven heights from the left to right side and there was a portion on the back of his head that left a line of hair that wasn't buzzed to the same length. We drove back. I asked if someone could fix his hair and showed another lady working there what it looked like . Then the the one who had cut his hair came out and I showed her the horrible job and said you butchered it. I turned my son's head to show her what the uneven heights looked like and was accused of being abusive. After which she told me (with my son listening)that maybe if he washed his hair once in awhile and it wasn't so greasy she would have been able to do a better job. She refused to give a refund or even get the manager on the phone. Told me to come back tomorrow, which believe me I will be doing....with my wife this time. So not only did she insult my son's hygiene ( if it was the case, even though he had showered that morning, maybe suggest a wash which I would have gladly paid for) he left in tears from the arguing as well as his bad haircut and insults. Nice job. I wish I knew her name . As for the first lady ( blue hair, can't remember her name ) very nice job on the little one , thanks for the professionalism. The other lady, shaved head and piercing, seemed really inexperienced, rude and in a huge hurry. Wrong profession to be in with those traits. Absolutely horrible....maybe you can get a job in a daycare and insult some toddlers.

Finally found a place which gives me the layered cut I love. Nadine works a razer like no ones business and gives me amazing color no matter what I'm looking to try.

Ariel is amazing. She fixed my hot mess color . Friendly & great at what she does.

Super professional and awesome cuts, color and styling. Latest styles, you won't walk out of there looking like it's 1950, unless that's the look you want.
