Been going to this place for about a year, love it! Staff is always so happy and nice, and I always walk out happy 👍👍

Asked for it all one length and came home with this. The lady didn't properly part, wet or brush the top layer of my head so when I properly parted my hair at home it looked like this. I was also specifically asked if I wanted it longer in the front which I said no to but it did end up longer in the front. I know I probably could have gone back to have it fixed for free but that is pretty annoying so I fixed it myself. Everyone working that day was really nice but I think not properly parting, wetting and combing the hair during a haircut is kind of an unbelievable mistake for a hairdresser to make. Two stars for the kindness of the workers and the fact that I probably could have gotten it fixed for no charge.

Great stylist and colour. Warm friendly atmosphere. Highly rcommend.

Amazing! Good price and good results

Preface: If you are of an older generation you should be fine with this place, I'm sure they have many repeat customers but if you're interested in getting a newer style I can't recommend here. I'm willing to give benefit of the doubt as some hairdressers move from different locations for shifts. However it doesn't excuse the work done on me by this individual. Long wait to start the cut which is just normal and for two stylists with a steady amount of customers. Had plenty of time so I didn't mind. Took a half hour for a long on top short on the sides cut. Didn't layer or use shears for 90% of the cut and had no lead in or transition from long to short length hair. "Blended" the crown of my head so it looks like a mop cut, unhappy with the overall look of it. Went from concerned that it wasn't going to start looking better halfway through the cut to that "f*** my sh** up fam" cut with no versatility. Seeking compensation tomorrow.

Van gave me a wonderful short hair cut! I had long hair and only cut it this short twice ever. Van is cheerful and pleasant and an experienced hairdresser. I have a new look for the new year ahead! Thank you!

Brae is a really good hairdresser. Seemed really detail orientated and careful when cutting my hair. Definitely going back again!

My friend recommended Kharma on Goldstream after she had a great experience with James for her cut and beautiful colour, which I loved on her. I wanted to get a new hair style and some TLC advice for my dry ends. James took the time to explore the style images I had brought in and suggested some ideas to make it maintainable with the colour I had on the ends. He had good instincts for what I did with my hair on a daily basis and did a great job easing into the style to get exactly what I wanted. He gave me some colour maintenance suggestions that I will definitely be applying (apply violet #7 to the transitions!) and really cared about getting the right products to use on my sensitive scalp and hair. What really impressed me was not only his technique, but also that he really took his time and listened to what I was going for, and worked until he made that a reality without pressuring me because the appointment was running a bit long. His fun and outgoing personality made the whole experience really comfortable and was a great end to my tiring day at work. I love this style. It's a lot more fun and he was able to keep the length while really refreshing my look and shape. Thank you James! Following that, Teanna did my brows. I asked her to make them look 'less sad' and 'more dramatic', and she did a great job! I feel like they really open my face now and sweep to frame my eyes rather than drawing attention to the scowly bit in the middle like they did before my visit. ;) The best part is, she didn't really need to thin them to get the effect. Just great shaping! I should also mention that it was the quickest, least painful wax I've ever had. I kept waiting for her to go for another shot with the wax, but she didn't have to. Just one pass and then a bit of gentle, quick tweezing, then done! Great work Teanna! I will definitely be back!

Forget it. The owner is incredibly rude. He refused me as customer and insulted my mom! Unbelievable. I had to call the security as he made so much drama. That is the worst experience ever.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Been waiting here for 30 minutes to get my haircut and have had 3 people without appointments get in ahead of me. I wouldn't recommend even my enemies to get their haircut here.

Haircuts are good here. A little bit pricey at $21, but they have great hours which helps a lot when you have a busy schedule.
