I came in with a bad haircut from another shop in town and the girl who worked with me took her time in order to fix it. I really appreciated her patience and attention to detail when fixing the haircut I previously had gotten from the other place. This place will definitely be my new "go to" place in Nanaimo.

I saw Juli today for the first time - WOW! I wanted a change, and I got it! She is the first stylist to really listen to what I wanted and provide several options for a "change" to my dated and tired hairstyle. My hair is fun and youthful and still easy to manage.
