Love all the ladies here! Been coming back for 5 years and leave outstandingly pleased every single time. I don't have to ask for a specific hair dresser because I know they are all incredible!

I wouldn't recommend this place for my opinion. Last time I went they missed 1 full chunk of my hair to cut off, so at home I had to cut it myself. They spend way to much time blow drying my hair which then dries it out. I wouldn't recommend it.

여기서 머리하고 화나서 그냥 빡빡 밀었다. 짜증나. 차라리 대머리로 다닐게 30년전 유행했던 헤어스타일 하고싶은 사람 가면 좋을듯. 머리 다 끝나고 잘나왔네요 이러는데 그사람 머리 바리깡 가지고 삭발하고싶은 충동 생기더라. 아무튼 많이 짜증난다

My favorite hair salon in Victoria!

Worst experience of my life! Brenda did not cut my hair like the picture I brought in, she cut it way too short in the back, its uneven and choppy all over. My foils are yellow and brassy and arent even down to the scalp...I have darker root showing every where. When I pointed out areas that didnt look right she made excuses and at one point her hands where shaky. Dont bother wasting your time here. I will be calling the manager and asking for a refund tomorrow and hopefully finding someone that can fix this mess. Huge disappointment.

Today I went to Daydream Spa and met the new owner, Martin Cho. I was very very happy with my haircut and the treatment I received. It’s always hard to go to someone new for the first time but today I must say I was very happy with Martin’s skill. I don’t live in Nanaimo, but will definitely be getting my hair cut when I come.

This was my 'go to' hair shop for a dozen years, and I was always satisfied (as I think they were to have my business.) When the pandemic lockdown ended, their reopening process was haywire, the owner was dismissive--bordering on rude--and I've never returned. Oh yeah: I had always been pleasant, I never failed to tip, and I'd been a loyal referral source by word of mouth for new clients. So, zero stars awarded...like the zero f***s they gave about keeping my business.

Horrible service except for Kaylea I was on time for my 3pm appointment on October 7th 2017 , the girls did no greet me even though they greeted everyone else that walked though the doors , after waiting about 5 min without anyone acknowledging a returning customer , the stylist did not introduce herself ( still don't know her name but I will find out and call the manager , if any ) she hated me from the start even though all I asked for was a wash and a trim , she barely washed my hair , splashed water in my eyes ( all without apologizing , it wasn't such a big deal until it felt like she was doing it on purpose ) . After explaining to her what look i was going for she then imposed what she usually does and didn't even ask me if that was ok with me . I like my hair to be cut while wet and she did exactly the opposite . That girl poked my eye while doing her rough job on my hair , I have never been handled by an amateur stylist so horribly . She was talking to other customers and did no speak a word to me, and lets not forget that she smelled horribly too with her arm pits all over my face . Got charged 12$ for flat iron finish when she didn't do my whole hair just the top very quickly when i told her i didn't like the freeze .

Amazing salon!! Probably the best salon I've ever been too. Very professional and lovely staff and they make you feel like an absolute queen! GREAT service!! Highly recommend Natalie! I go to her all the time and shes amazing. (if you've got longer hair, she does KILLER blowouts too by the way ;) )
